Արագ մենթորության միջոցառումը նոր թափ է հաղորդում Ucom Fellowship ծրագրի «կանաչ» նորարարություններին

Ucom-ը և Իմփաքթ Հաբ Երևանը արագ մենթորության (Speed-Mentoring)  ձևաչափով հատուկ միջոցառում էին կազմակերպել Ucom Fellowship ինկուբացիոն ծրագրի 2025 թվականի մասնակիցների համար։ Շրջակա միջավայրի խնդիրների հաղթահարմանը միտված նախագծերի հեղինակները հնարավորություն ունեցան հանդիպելու կայուն զարգացման, բիզնեսի և տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտների առաջատար մասնագետների հետ՝ իրենց տեխնոլոգիական և շրջանաձև տնտեսության վրա հիմնված նախաձեռնությունները զարգացնելու նպատակով։

Մասնակիցները ստացել են նպատակային խորհուրդներ բիզնեսի ընդլայնման, բնապահպանական ծրագրերի մշակման, ինչպես նաև հաղորդակցության, մարքեթինգի, ռազմավարական պլանավորման և դրամահավաքի գործընթացների ամրապնդման ուղղություններով։ Մենթորներին միացել էր նաև Ucom-ի Հասարակայնության կապերի և հաղորդակցության թիմը՝ տրամադրելով մասնագիտացված աջակցություն ռազմավարական հաղորդակցության, հաղորդագրությունների մշակման և հանրային ներգրավվածության հարցերում։

«Ucom Fellowship ծրագիրը մեզ համար պարզապես ուսումնական նախաձեռնություն չէ, այլ հարթակ՝ հայկական կանաչ նորարարությունները կյանքի կոչելու համար։ Մենք փոխանցում ենք փորձ, ուղղորդում և ոլորտային գիտելիք, որոնք կարող են արագացնել աճը և գաղափարները վերածել գործնական լուծումների։ Այդ պատճառով էլ շարունակելու ենք աջակցել այն նախագծերին, որոնք արձագանքում են բնապահպանական մարտահրավերներին և նպաստում երկրի կայուն զարգացմանը», — նշել է Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

Ucom Fellowship ծրագիրը, որը Ucom-ի և Իմփաքթ Հաբ Երևանի համատեղ նախաձեռնությունն է, նպատակ ունի հզորացնել շրջակա միջավայրի խնդիրների լուծմանը միտված նորարարական մոտեցումները և աջակցել դրանց վերածմանը կենսունակ, շուկային պատրաստ նախագծերի։

«Ucom Fellowship-ը նախատեսված է ոչ միայն տեսական գիտելիք փոխանցելու, այլև նորարարներին ուղղակի կապ տալու ոլորտի մասնագետների հետ։ Այս մենթորական հանդիպումը կարևոր քայլ էր՝ նրանց գաղափարները զարգացնելու և վերածելու կենսունակ, արդյունավետ նախագծերի», - նշել է Իմփաքթ Հաբ Երևանի գործադիր տնօրեն Գևորգ Պողոսյանը։

2025 թվականի ծրագրի համար ընտրվել էին տասը մասնակիցներ, որոնք ներկայացրել էին նախագծեր կանաչ նորարարության, շրջանաձև տնտեսության, կայուն էներգետիկայի, թափոնների նվազեցման, էկո-տուրիզմի, կենսաքայքայվող նյութերի, կրթական տեխնոլոգիաների և արհեստական բանականությամբ օպտիմիզացված լուծումների ոլորտներում։

Այս նախաձեռնությունն ընդգծում է երկու կազմակերպությունների համատեղ հանձնառությունը՝ կամրջելու տեսական գաղափարներն ու շուկային պատրաստ, կայուն լուծումները՝ ամրապնդելով Հայաստանի դիրքերը գլոբալ «կանաչ» տնտեսության ոլորտում։
