Ադրբեջանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Միխայիլ Եվդոկիմովը կանչվել է Արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն, նրան բողոքի նոտա են հանձնել, հաղորդում են ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները։
