Նոյեմբերի 20–23-ը Հնդկաստանի ամենախոշոր մասնագիտական միջոցառման՝ LTSICON 2025 (Liver Transplant Society of India Conference) միջազգային գիտաժողովում, Հայաստանում լյարդի փոխպատվաստման և լյարդաբանության ոլորտում ձեռք բերված առաջընթացները
ներկայացրել են Հայկական լյարդաբանության ասոցիացիայի նախագահ, Երևան բժշկագիտական կենտրոնի Լյարդաբանության կլինիկայի ղեկավար, բ.գ.թ. Հասմիկ Ղազինյանը և ԵՊԲՀ ընդհանուր վիրաբուժության ամբիոնի դոցենտ, Աստղիկ ԲԿ լյարդի տրանսպլանտ վիրաբույժ և տրանսպլանտ թիմի կոորդինատոր, բ.գ.թ. Հայկ Հարությունյանը։

Գիտաժողովը մեկ վայրում մեկտեղել էր ավելի քան հազար մասնագետ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից՝ լյարդի փոխպատվաստման, լյարդաբանության, հեպատոբիլիար վիրաբուժության, անեսթեզիոլոգիայի, ինտերվենցիոն ռադիոլոգիայի ոլորտներից։

Այս տարվա հանդիպման առանցքային թեմաներն էին՝ նորագույն մոտեցումները կենդանի դոնորից լյարդի փոխպատվաստման մեջ, բարդությունների կանխարգելման և բուժման ժամանակակից ալգորիթմները, արհեստական ինտելեկտի կիրառումը փոխպատվաստման գործընթացներում, ռոբոտիկ վիրաբուժության դերը լյարդի փոխպատվաստման մեջ։

Հայկական պատվիրակությունն այս միջոցառմանը ներկայացրել է 3 պոստերային զեկույց և 1 բանավոր զեկույց, որոնք անդրադառնում էին Հայաստանում իրականացվող լյարդի փոխպատվաստման ծրագրի առաջընթացին և կլինիկական փորձին։

Հայկական լյարդաբանության ասոցիացիայի նախագահ, բ.գ.թ. Հասմիկ Ղազինյանը ներկայացրել է 1 բանավոր զեկույց՝ պորտալ հիպերտենզիայի գնահատման մեջ ոչ ինվազիվ մեթոդների կիրառման արդյունավետության վերաբերյալ և 1 պոստերային աշխատանք՝ լյարդի փոխպատվաստումից հետո հղիության ընթացքի, մոր և պտղի անվտանգության ապահովման հիմնական սկզբունքների և միջազգային փորձի համադրված վերլուծության վերաբերյալ։

Տրանսպլանտ վիրաբույժ, դոցենտ, բ.գ.թ. Հայկ Հարությունյանը հանդես է եկել երկու պոստերային զեկույցով, որոնք ներկայացնում էին՝ Հայաստանում լյարդի փոխպատվաստման ընդհանուր ցուցանիշներն ու փորձը, հետփոխպատվաստումային շրջանի վարման առանձնահատկությունները, բարդությունների կանխարգելման, վաղ ախտորոշման և բուժման հնարավորությունները Հայաստանում։

Գիտաժողովի մասնակիցների կողմից բարձր է գնահատվել Հայաստանի լյարդի փոխպատվաստման ծրագրի արդյունքները, ինչպես նաև ներկայացված հետազոտական ու կլինիկական տվյալները։

Այսպիսով, Հասմիկ Ղազինյանի և Հայկ Հարությունյանի մասնակցությամբ հերթական անգամ Հայաստանը ներկայացվել է միջազգային գիտական հանրությանը և ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատվել, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության լյարդաբանության բոլոր հարթակները համահունչ զարգացում են ապրում միջազգային մոտեցումներին համապատասխան։

P.S. Ի դեպ կոնֆերանսի ժամանակ եղել էր փոքրիկ զավեշտալի վրիպակ՝ բժշկուհի Ղազինյանին ներկայացրել էին որպես Հայաստանի նախագահ։ Բժշկուհին իր զեկույցի սկզբում հստակեցրեց, որ նա ոչ թե Հայաստանի, այլ Հայկական լյարդաբանության ասոցիացիայի նախագահն է։
