Մեր եվրոպացի գործընկերները բարձր հայտարարություններ են անում՝ ասելով, որ նոր Մինսկ չի լինելու, առանց Եվրոպայի ոչ մի բան չի կարելի լուծել: Եվրոպան ամբողջովին տապալվել է 2014 թվականից, հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:

«Ամեն անգամ երբ առաջընթաց է գրանցվել՝ թե´ միջանկյալ, թե´ երկարաժամկետ, դրանք խափանվել են: Հենց Եվրոպան է նախագահել 2014թ. փետրվարին Ուկրաինայի այն ժամանակվա նախագահ Վիկտոր Յանուկովիչի և ընդդիմության միջև կարգավորման ծրագիրը: Հենց Եվրոպան է իր երաշխավորի ստորագրությունը դրել այն փաստաթղթի վրա, որը ստորագրել են Յանուկովիչը և ընդդիմությունը: Իսկ երբ ընդդիմությունը գրավել էր կառավարության շենքը, Եվրոպան մեր այն հարցին, թե որպես երաշխավորներ ինչու ՞ եք լռում, ինչու ՞ ընդդիմությանը պատասխանատվության չեք ենթարկում, պատասխանել է՝ գիտե ՞ք երբեմն ժողովրդավարությունն այլ ձև է ընդունում», - ընդգծել է Լավրովը:

Նա նշել է, որ հենց Եվրոպան է ոչնչացրիել Մինսկի համաձայնագրերը, ինչի մասին նրանք խոստովանել են:

«Հենց Եվրոպան է Զելենսկուն համոզել հրաժարվել Ստամբուլում 2022թ. ապրիլին ստորագրված համաձայնագրից: Ուստի, եթե Եվրոպան այսօր ասում է առանց մեզ ոչ մի համաձայնություն, նրանց եղել է այդ հնարավորությունը, բայց նրանք այն չեն օգտագործել», - նշել է Լավրովը:
