Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանը հայտարարել է հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի կազմի համալրման մասին։

 Հետաքրքիր է, որ խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկվել են բիզնես ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ՝ «Տելեկոմ Արմենիայի» հիմնադիր Ալեքսանդր Եսայանը, Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի կայուն զարգացման տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանը, «Վեստա» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենը, «Վեգա» խանութ-սրահների ցանցի հիմնադիր և գլխավոր տնօրենը, «Յունիբանկ» ԲԲԸ-ի վարչության նախագահը։

 ԶՊՄԿ-ի կայուն զարգացման տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանն այս հանգամանքը մեկնաբանելիս նշել է, որ աշխարհում սա ընդունված պրակտիկա է, երբ տարբեր մեխանիզմներով ամրապնդվում և խորացվում է կրթության ոլորտի և բիզնեսի կապը։

«Զարգացած երկրներում վաղուց կա այն գիտակցումը, որ բարձր որակ ունեցող կրթական համակարգը բիզնեսը ավելի արդյունավետ ու կանխատեսելի է դարձնում։

Ինձ համար պատիվ էր նման առաջարկ ստանալը, որը սիրով ընդունել եմ։ Պատճառները մի քանիսն են։ Նախ՝ ես ինքս Պոլիտեխնիկի շրջանավարտ եմ, ավարտել եմ քիմիական ֆակուլտետը, և թեև հետագայում սովորել եմ մի քանի այլ վայրերում՝ ավարտել եմ Ամերիկյան համալսարանի բիզնես կառավարման բաժինը, եվրոպական համալսարանների մի քանի կուրսեր եմ անցել, իմ կրթության բազան համարում եմ հենց Պոլիտեխնիկը։ Դեռևս 20 տարի առաջ պաշտպանած իմ գիտական թեզի հիմքում հենց քիմիայի, բնագիտության ֆունդամենտալ գիտելիքն էր։

Բացի այդ, ես համարում եմ, որ Հայաստանում տեխնիկական, բնագիտական կրթությունը, և հատկապես դասական պոլիտեխնիկական կրթությունը, թերագնահատված է։ Քիմիան, ինժեներիան, մետալուրգիան և մի շարք այլ ուղղություններ մեր տնտեսության համար ֆունդամենտալ նշանակություն ունեցող ոլորտներ են։ Պոլիտեխնիկի ռեկտորի և պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմի ջանքերով վերջին տարիներին այս ուղղությունների հանդեպ հետաքրքրությունը աճում է։ Որպես հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ՝ գործընկերներիս հետ միասին փորձելու եմ հնարավորինս աջակցել այդ գործընթացին։

Եվ վերջապես, որպես արդեն 17 տարի հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում գործունեություն ծավալած մարդ, թե՛ ինձ համար անձամբ, թե՛ մեր ընկերության՝ ԶՊՄԿ-ի համար ակնհայտ է, որ հանքարդյունաբերությունը, հակառակ տարածված միֆի, իրականում գիտահեն ճյուղ է։ Մեր խնդիրն է այս ոլորտը գրավիչ դարձնել երիտասարդների համար, քանի որ տնտեսությունը որակյալ մասնագետների կարիք ունի»։
