«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Եկեղեցի-Պետություն հարաբերություններում առկա ճգնաժամն իր կուլմինացիոն փուլի մեջ է մտել։ Առանց Վեհափառ Հայրապետի օրհնության խնդրի հանգուցալուծման նպատակով ՀՀ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպած հոգևորականները և նրանց սատարողները, ըստ իս, շատ են շտապել, քանի որ չպետք էր անհույս մնալ, որ նման հանդիպում կարող էր տեղի ունենալ հենց Վեհափառ Հայրապետի գլխավորությամբ։

ՀՀ վարչապետը մի քանի անգամ հայտարարել է, որ Ամենայն Հայոց Վեհափառ Հայրապետի հետ հնարավոր է հանդիպել, եթե Նորին Սրբությունը համաձայն լինի քննարկել իր Հայրապետական Գահից հրաժարվելու հարցը։ Թվում էր՝ նման հայտարարությունից հետո երկխոսության մասին խոսելն արդեն անիմաստ է, սակայն օրերս Արևմտյան Եվրոպայի հայրապետական պատվիրակ, Սուրբ Աթոռում Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի ներկայացուցիչ և Գերագույն հոգևոր խորհրդի անդամ Գերաշնորհ տեր Խաժակ արքեպիսկոպոս Պարսամյանը Եկեղեցի-Պետություն հարաբերություններին առնչվող շատ ուշագրավ մի հոդված էր հրապարակել, որտեղ, ըստ իս, ներկայացված է առկա ճգնաժամի շատ ռեալ լուծում։ Ընդամենն անհրաժեշտ է, որ երկուստեք բարի կամք դրսևորվի։ Խաժակ սրբազանը, լինելով Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ էջմիածնի ավագագույն միաբաններից, մեծագույն հարգանքով ու ակնածանքով է վերաբերվում Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ամենայն Հայոց Վեհափառ Հայրապետին, և վստահ եմ, որ Եկեղեցի-Պետություն հարաբերություններում առկա ճգնաժամը հաղթահարելու նրա տեսակետները եթե ոչ ամբողջությամբ, ապա մեծ մասամբ համընկնում են Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի պաշտոնական հայտարարություններում ու պարզաբանումներում առկա տեսակետներին, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ Խաժակ սրբազանի առաջարկը համահունչ է Մայր Աթոռ սուրբ Էջմիածնին ու Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսությանը հավատարիմ մնացած հոգևորականների և անձամբ Նորին Սրբության տեսլականին։ Բոլորի համար պարզ է, որ պատճառները քաղաքական են, այդուհանդերձ, Խաժակ սրբազանին, կարծում եմ, հաջողվել է գտնել հանգուցալուծման ճիշտ ճանապարհը և հինգ կետից բաղկացած շատ իրատեսական ճանապարհային քարտեզ է ներկայացրել, որոնց կարելի է ամբողջությամբ ծանոթանալ իր հոդվածում, սակայն, առանց նսեմացնելու մյուս չորս դրույթների կարևորությունը, ես միայն մեկին կանդրադառնամ։ Դա հետևյալ դրույթն է. «Սահմանել հստակ կանոններ՝ կանխելու Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու կառույցների օգտագործումը կուսակցական կամ նեղ քաղաքական նպատակներով»։ Հենց սրա մասին է խոսքը։ Դժվարանում եմ պնդել, որ նման իրավիճակ գույություն ունի Եկեղեցում, սակայն հստակ է, որ չպետք է գոյություն ունենա։ Խաժակ սրբազանի առաջարկը, կարծես, նոր հնարավորություն է ստեղծում, որպեսզի հանդիպումը տեղի ունենա ոչ թե Վեհափառ Հայրապետի կամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի օրակարգով, այլ այս փակուղային իրավիճակից դուրս գալու օրակարգով։ Այս փուլում շատ կարևոր է մտավորականների ակտիվությունը։ Կարծում եմ՝ հասկանալի է, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է հայկական էությամբ քրիստոնյա մտավորականներին և ոչ թե հայկականությունից կտրված ու շարիաթի օրենքները Հայաստանում կիրառելու անհրաժեշտության մասին խոսողներին։
