ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ որոշ ժամանակ առաջ հանդիպած Հայաստանյայց առաքելական սուրբ եկեղեցու մի խումբ եպիսկոպոսներ հանդես են եկել նոր հայտարարությամբ, որում ասվում է․

«Սիրելի՛ ծառայակից եղբայրներ, հավատարիմ և հավատացյալ ժողովուրդ.

Վերջին ժամանակներում Հայ առաքելական մեր սուրբ եկեղեցու շուրջ տեղի ունեցող վտանգավոր զարգացումները, որոնց վերաբերյալ բազմաթիվ մտահոգություններով հանդես ենք եկել թե՛ Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսի հետ ունեցած մեր անհատական զրույցների ժամանակ, թե՛ ժողովական մակարդակով և թե՛ հանրային տիրույթում, այլևս հատել են այն սահմանագիծը, որով կարող են անդառնալի վնաս հասցնել թե՛ մեր եկեղեցուն, թե՛ պետությանը և թե՛ հավատավոր ժողովրդին։

Այս մտահոգություններին վերաբերող ժողովները, ըստ էության, Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսի կողմից եղել են ուղղորդված և չեն ծառայել խնդիրների լուծմանը, որը կրկին ապացուցում է այս տարիների ընթացքում Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոսի միանձնյա, կամայական և թերի կառավարման ընթացքը:

Եկել է ժամանակը, որպեսզի մենք՝ հոգևոր դասը և հավատացյալները, կարողանանք անկեղծ լինել միմյանց հետ և խոստովանել, որ անցնող տարիների ընթացքում մեր ձայնը ոչ միայն լսելի չի եղել եկեղեցում, այլև որևէ էական, որոշիչ ազդեցութուն չենք ունեցել եկեղեցու առաքելության իրականացման մեջ:

Արդ, հասել է ժամանակը, որ հանուն բոլորիս պաշտելի Սուրբ Էջմիածնի, այլև Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսության և հավատավոր աշխարհասփյուռ մեր ժողովրդի արտահայտենք հստակ և վճռական դիրքորոշում մեր եկեղեցու առջև ծառացած խնդիրների վերաբերյալ, չկաշկանդվենք տարատեսակ դժվարությունների և ճնշումների առջև, և, ի սեր Աստծու, կանգնեցնենք Մայ Աթոռի օր ավուր ահագնացող գահավիժումը։

Մայր եկեղեցու այսօրվա անմխիթար վիճակը սպառնալիք է ստեղծում նաև մեր ազգային և պետական անվտանգային շահերին:

Պատմության առջև յուրաքանչյուրս պատասխանատու ենք մեր կայացրած որոշումներով և գործերով:

Կոչ ենք անում հոգևոր մեր եղբայրներին և հավատավոր մեր ժողովրդին՝ ի Հայաստան և ի սփյուռս.

Միասնական կամք դրսևորել, միանալ մեզ և ձեր արդար բողոքի ձայնը բարձրացնել եկեղեցու վարկն ու հեղինակությունը միտումնավոր ոչնչացման տանող այս կործանարար, հակականոնական ընթացքի դեմ՝ իսպառ մերժելով հայ եկեղեցին օտարի շահերին ծառայեցնելու բոլոր տեսակի ճիգերն ու ջանքերը։

Սիրելի՛ հոգևոր եղբայրներ, հավատավոր ժողովուրդ հայոց, սույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 18-ին՝ ժամը 17:00-ին, եկեք և միացեք մեզ համայն հայության հոգևոր կենտրոն Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում՝ Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ին ՀԱՆԳՍՏԻ ԿՈՉԵԼՈՒ ԱՐԴԱՐ ՊԱՀԱՆՋՈՎ, որն այլևս դարձել է անհետաձգելի անհրաժեշտություն։ Թող Ամենակարող Աստված օրհնի մեր համազգային առաքելությունը և իրականություն դարձնի հոգևոր սպասավորների և հավատացյալների տարիների երազանքն ու ցանկությունը»։
