Ինչո՞ւ են ազատվում Շիրակի մարզպետից

Մամուլում երեկ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ կառավարության նիստում մտադիր են հեռացնել Շիրակի մարզպետ Դավիթ Առուշանյանին, սակայն հարցն այդպես էլ երեկվա նիստի օրակարգում չընդգրկվեց։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ արդեն հաջորդ շաբաթ Առուշանյանը վերջնականապես հրաժեշտ կտա Շիրակի մարզպետի պաշտոնին։ Դեռ հայտնի չէ, թե ում կնշանակեն Շիրակի մարզպետ։

Թեպետ որոշ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ այդ պաշտոնի համար նախատեսվում է Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Կարեն Սարուխանյանը, ով դուրս էր մնացել ՔՊ նախընտրական ցուցակից։ «Քաղպայմանագրում» Սարուխանյանի վերաբերյալ ևս լուրջ վերապահումներ ունեն։ Թմրանյութերի հետ կապված սկանդալը դեռևս չեն մարսում և երեկ վարչության նիստում նաև այդ հարցն է քննարկվել։ Ինքը՝ Առուշանյանը ասուլիս պետք է տար, ամփոփեր իր մեկ տարվա գործունեությունը, բայց ասուլիսն անսպասելիորեն չեղարկել էին, իսկ Առուշանյանին տեղեկացրել, որ հրաժեշտ է տալու պաշտոնին, ընդ որում անվերադարձ, որևէ այլ պաշտոնի վերջինիս նշանակելու ցանկություն չունեն։ Առուշանյանին ազատելու մի քանի պատճառներ էին նշվում։ Նախ՝ Առուշանյանը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության հին և վստահելի անդամ չէ։

Բացի այդ, լրջորեն ձախողել է թե՛ Գյումրիի քաղաքապետի ընտրությունները և թե՛, ինչն ամենակարևորն է, վերջերս Յոթվերք եկեղեցում տեղի ունեցած պատարագը, որի ընթացքում չի կարողացել բավարար թվով մարդկանց ներկայություն ապահովել։ Իրականում Դավիթ Առուշանյանի ազատման մեկ այլ, խորքային պատճառ ևս կա։ Առուշանյանը համարվում է «Շիշ բռնող» մականունով Հայկ Սարգսյանի մտերիմը, ավելի շուտ վերջինիս փեսայի ազգականն է և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունում հայտնվել է նրանց միջոցով։ Հայկ Սարգսյանը վերջերս խնդիր է ունեցել «Քաղպայմանագրի» հետ։

Նրա գրանցումը նախընտրական ցուցակում մերժել են, և վերջինիս ընտանիքը խիստ նեղացած է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից։ Ավելին, Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ամեն գնով ազատվել իր երբեմնի ամենամոտ բարեկամներից՝ Հայկ և Նաիրի Սարգսյաններից և նրանց հորից՝ Զարեհ Սարգսյանից։ Ուստիև ոչ միայն վերջինիս որդուն է հեռացնում իր ընտրական ցուցակից, այլև տարբեր տեղերում Զարեհ Սարգսյանի միջնորդությամբ նշանակված պաշտոնյաներին է հեռացնելու։
