«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Տեղեկատվական անվտանգության խնդիրները գնալով ավելի ու ավելի մտահոգիչ են դառնում: Մարդիկ շարունակում են ընկնել խարդախների լարած թակարդը՝ կորցնելով մեծ գումարներ: Ինտերնետային և հեռախոսային կեղծիքներն այն աստիճան են հասել, որ սկսել են ընդգրկել պետական կառույցները: Ավելին, նույնիսկ հայտարարություններ էին եղել կառավարության անունից, թե իբր գումար են բաժանում ազգաբնակչությանը:

Մյուս կողմից՝ վերջին շրջանում արդեն որերորդ պետական կառույցն է հայտարարություն տարածում այն մասին, որ այս կամ այն բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի անունով բացվում են կեղծ օգտահաշիվներ՝ մասնավորաբար «Վոթցափում», և նամակներ են ուղարկվում քաղաքացիներին: Ընդ որում, ինչպես երևում է տարածված հայտարարություններին կցված «սքրին-շոթերից», այդ հաշիվները բացված են հայաստանյան հեռախոսահամարներով: Այստեղ ուշագրավն այն է, որ գրեթե ոչ մի արձագանք չկա իրավապահ մարմիններից: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ նրանք զբաղված են միայն Եկեղեցու դեմ պատերազմում մարդաքանակ ապահովելով, ընդդիմադիրներին ճնշելով, սոցցանցերում ամեն մի գրառման համար քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնելով, իսկ իրենց հիմնական գործառույթների համար ժամանակ չի մնում: Հակառակ դեպքում ինչպես բացատրես, որ հայաստանյան հեռախոսահամարներով կեղծիքները մնում են չբացահայտված: Ի վերջո, եթե նույնիսկ պարզապես սեփական հեռախոսահամարիդ հետ կապված ճշտում անես, օպերատորները պարտաճանաչորեն մի շարք հարցեր կտան նույնականացման համար: Այդ դեպքում, ի՞նչ մեծ խնդիր է ոստիկանության, քննչականի, ԱԱԾ-ի համար՝ հասկանալ, թե ի՞նչ հեռախոսահամար է, ո՞ւմ է պատկանում, որտեղի՞ց են օգտվում և այլն:

Իսկ եթե բացահայտվում են, ինչի համար միայն ուրախ կլինենք, ինչո՞ւ մեծ աղմուկով չեն բարձրաձայնում դրա մասին: Չէ որ մի կողմից՝ դա կարող է զսպող հանգամանք լինել խարդախների համար, մյուս կողմից՝ հավել յալ հնարավորություն՝ զգուշացնելու քաղաքացիներին կոնկրետ համացանցային և հեռախոսային խարդախությունների մասին:
