«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Շատերդ, անկասկած, նկատած կլինեք, որ ամեն օր, ըստ որում՝ ժամեր շարունակ, մայրաքաղաքի (ու ոչ միայն) մի շարք բանուկ խաչմերուկներում լուսացույցները չեն աշխատում: Տարբեր պատճառներով չեն աշխատում. մի տեղ ամբողջ թաղամասն է հոսանքազրկվել, մի ուրիշ տեղ լուսացույցի սնուցման կաբելն է «խփել», մի տեղ էներգամատակարարման տատանումներից լուսացույցն անձամբ է «խփնվել»: Արժե՞ բացատրել, թե նման լուսացույցային անջատումների հետևանքով այդ խաչմերուկներում երթևեկության ինչ քաոս է սկսվում: Չնայած, նման պայմաններում ի՜նչ «երթևեկություն», այն տեղում վերածվում է «երթևականգության»: Մի խոսքով, հասկանալի է, թե ինչ խառնիճաղանջ վիճակ է ստեղծվում:

Ու միայն լուսացույցների հոսանքազրկման մասին չի խոսքը: Էներգամատակարարման ընդհատումները, «լույսի անջատումները» խայտառակ չափերի են հասել: Բավական է զանգես ՀԷՑ եռանիշ համարով, մի քանի րոպե շարունակ միայն անջատումների հասցեների թվարկումն է տևում: Խոսքը և՛ վթարային անջատումների մասին է, և՛, այսպես ասած, պլանային: Այս ցուրտ ձմեռով մարդիկ ժամերով հոսանք չեն ունենում:

Մի խոսքով, աննախադեպ ծավալի անջատումներ են: Մարդիկ կես կատակ-կես լուրջ նշում են, թե երկիրը գործնականում անցել է հովհարային էներգամատակարարման ռեժիմի: Ուղղակի լռել յայն է անցել:

Ի դեպ, մեր ամենապարզ դիտարկումները ցույց տվեցին, որ հունվարի առաջին տասնօրյակում, այն էլ՝ խոշոր խանութներում, ամենասովորական (ոչ դեկորատիվ) մոմերի դեֆիցիտ էր առաջացել: Հասկանո՞ւմ եք՝ շատ տեղերում մոմ չկար: Մարդիկ, աչքները վախեցած, ամբողջը գնել էին:
