«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 Ավագ սերնդի ներկայացուցիչները շատ լավ են հիշում «հին ու բարի» ժամանակների հիմնական փոխադրամիջոցներից մեկը՝ «Պազիկը»: Չնայած, հանուն արդարության, այսօր էլ դեռ կարելի է հանդիպել այդ ավտոբուսի որոշ նմուշներ նաև Հայաստանում: Ավելին, դեռևս որոշ դեպքերում այդ ավտոբուսները երեխաներին նույնիսկ էքսկուրսիաների են տանում:

Այդ ավտոբուսների ամենահայտնի ու տարածված մակնիշը՝ ՊԱԶ-672-ը, լեգենդար փոքր ավտոբուս է, որն արտադրվել է Պավլովսկի ավտոբուսային գործարանի կողմից 1967-ից մինչև 1989 թվականները: Այն փոխարինել էր ՊԱԶ-652 մոդելին և դարձել ԽՍՀՄ ամենատարածված ավտոբուսներից մեկն ավելի քան 288 հազար միավոր ընդհանուր «շրջանառությամբ»։

ՊԱԶ ավտոբուսը ժողովրդականություն է ձեռք բերել իր բազմակողմանիության շնորհիվ. այն օգտագործվել է արվարձանային երթուղիներում, գյուղական վայրերում, որպես ծառայողական մեքենա, երթուղային տաքսի, շարժական լաբորատորիա և նույնիսկ որպես «կատաֆալկա»։

Այն ստեղծվել է վագոնի նմանությամբ՝ մոնոլիտ թափքով և երկու պնևմատիկ դռներով: Դրա շարժիչը ZMZ-672-ն է՝ ութ մխոցանի V-աձև բենզինային շարժիչ 4,25 լիտր ծավալով և 115 ձիաուժ հզորությամբ: Ավտոբուսն ուներ տերևային զսպանակային կախոց՝ ամորտիզատորներով, թմբուկային արգելակներ՝ վակուումային ուժեղացուցիչով: Ավտոբուսի չափերն էին՝ 7,15 մետր երկարություն, 2,44 մետր լայնություն և մոտ 3 մետր բարձրություն:

Լեգենդար «Պազիկը» կարող էր տեղավորել 23 նստած ուղևոր, բայց իրականում նրա մեջ կարող էր «խցկվել» մինչև 45, իսկ երբեմն ավելի քան 60 ուղևոր՝ հաշվի առնելով կանգնած տեղերի առկայությունը։

Շահագործման երկար տարիների ընթացքում ՊԱԶ-672-ը դարձել է իր դարաշրջանի իսկական խորհրդանիշ։ Այն մինչ օրս էլ նկարահանվում է ֆիլմերում, հավաքորդները պատրաստում են հայտնի ավտոբուսի մասշտաբային մոդելներ, իսկ էնտուզիաստները վերականգնում են պահպանված մեքենաները։

Այնուամենայնիվ, չնայած դրան, 672-րդը ձեռք է բերել, մեղմ ասած, ոչ այնքան դրական մականուն։ Խորհրդային տարիներին շատերը բացահայտ ծաղրում էին «Պազիկը» և անվանում այն «ցատկոտող»։ Կարո՞ղ եք կռահել, թե ինչու։ Իրականում պատասխանը պարզ է։ Ավտոբուսը այդ մականունն ստացել է կոշտ զսպանակային կախոցի և նստատեղերի, ինչպես նաև կարճ անիվային բազայի պատճառով։ Նման առանձնահատկությունների պատճառով այդ ավտոբուսով երթևեկելը հաճախ շատ անհարմար էր. ուղևորները անընդհատ բողոքում էին ցնցումներից և բնորոշ «ցատկերից»։ Ահա այդպես էլ այդ մականունն է կպել նրան, չնայած մեզ մոտ՝ Հայաստանում, ընդունված էր ավելի պարզ ու տիպիկ մականունը՝ պարզապես «Պազիկ»։
