Правительство Армении в связи проблемами, возникшими по части получения электронных подписей, необходимых для заключения трудовых договоров, предусмотрело новые поправки в Трудовой кодекс. Об этом на обсуждении с парламентской фракцией правящей партии «Гражданский договор» заявил 4 февраля министр труда и социальных вопросов Армении Арсен Торосян.

Дело в том, что с 1 января 2026 года трудовые договора в Армении должны заключаться исключительно в электронном виде. Для этого граждане обязательно должны иметь электронную подпись, а получить ее можно лишь при наличии ID-карты. В связи с этим возникли очереди на получение ID-карт. Однако даже при их наличии для активизации подписи необходимо обратиться к мобильным операторам, что создает дополнительные хлопоты.

«Сколько бы времени мы не предоставляли гражданам для приобретения ID-карт и электронных подписей, они все равно предпочитают оставлять все на последний день. В итоге у нас сейчас очереди на получение карт, которые длятся месяцами», - сказал Торосян.

В связи с этим Министерство решило внедрить новую систему ID-карт. Детали, правда, Торосян не представил. Министерство труда и социальных вопросов, в частности, намерено обратиться в парламент с целью проведения внеочередного заседания для принятия поправок. «Мы это делаем с целью стабилизации ситуации и обеспечения плавного перехода. Мы хотим, чтобы люди не лишались права на работу только потому, что не имеют электронных подписей», - отметил представитель Правительства.
