Նոր ապացույցներ և հիմնավորումներ կան, որ ՀԷՑ-ը խլվել է, և գործընթացը քաղաքական է․ հրավիրված ասուլիսին հայտարարեց ՀԷՑ-ի նախկին գլխավոր տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Ղազինյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ փոքրիկ խմբակի որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ, միմյանց հետ չհամաձայնեցնելով, զրպարտիչ տեսանյութեր էին հրապարակում՝ խոսելով փոխառությունների, վարկերի տոկոսների և այլ հարցերի մասին։

«ՀԾԿՀ-ի նախագահին բազմիցս հորդորել էինք ներկայացնել ճշմարտությունը։ Նրան բազմաթիվ անգամներ մեղադրել եմ, թե ինչու չեն զանգում և չեն ճշտում իրենց կողմից թղթի վրա անկախ, բայց փաստացի կախված հանձնաժողովից, թե որն է ինչից հետո։ Կասկած ունեի, որ շատ լավ իմանալով՝ միևնույն է մեր ժողովրդին խաբում է։ Գոնե հիմա այս փաստով հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ընդունեց, որ ՀԷՑ ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից վերցրած վարկերի տոկոսները վճարում է սեփականատերը, այսինքն՝ դա որևէ կապ չունի այն գումարի հետ, որը մեր քաղաքացիները՝ մենք բոլորս, վճարում ենք հոսանքի համար»,- ասաց նա։

Դավիթ Ղազինյանը նշեց, որ թեև կարծում էին, թե այս իշխանությունները որևէ բանից չեն վախենում, սակայն վերջերս հասկացել են, որ վախենում են Սամվել Կարապետյանից և «չորրորդ իշխանությունից»։

«Ձեր շնորհիվ շատ ճշմարտություններ բացահայտվում են, և երեկ ստիպված խոստովանեցին, որ այդպես է»,- ասաց նա։
