ՀԷՑ-ը գնելու առաջարկի վերաբերյալ բանակցություններ դեռևս չկան, բայց ունենք հիմնավոր կասկածներ, որ ամեն ինչ անում են, բնականաբար անօրինական ձևով, որպեսզի արժեքը նվազեցնեն և գնան գերակա շահ ճանաչելու ճանապարհով․ ասուլիսին հայտարարեց ՀԷՑ-ի նախկին գլխավոր տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Ղազինյանը։

«Այստեղ բանակցելու բան էլ չկա, պետք է ներկայացվի առաջարկ։ Բնականաբար հետևում եք կառավարության ղեկավարի հայտարարություններին, թե «միգուցե պարզվի՝ այնպիսի բաներ են կատարվել, որ արժեքը իջնի և այլն։ Նախ ասեմ, որ նման հայտարարությունները հենց այնպես չեն արվում։ 

Նույն սերիայից է, որ ամիսը մի քանի անգամ ասում էին՝ հաղորդում ենք տվել հանցագործությունների մասին, հաղորդում ենք տվել, բայց 6 ամիս է՝ որևէ քրեական գործից ոչ մի տեղեկություն չունենք։ Սենց բան չեմ տեսել, որ քաղաքական իշխանությունը հայտարարի՝ երեք միլիոն մարդու գրպան են մտել, հայտարարի չարաշահումների մասին, ընդհուպ իմ հետ կապված, բայց 7 ամսից ավելի է՝ որևէ բան չենք լսել»,- ասաց նա։

Ըստ նրա՝ նման հայտարարությունները նրա համար են, որ հասկանան, թե ով ինչպես կմարսի դա, և արդյունքում այնպիսի բան գտնեն, որով նվազեցնեն արժեքը և նոր այդպիսի առաջարկ անեն։

«Բնականաբար սեփականատերը հրաժարվելու է, և ունեմ համոզմունք, որ գնալու են գերակա շահ ճանաչելու։ Այս գործընթացը ամբողջովին քաղաքական է։ Ինչքան Սամվել Կարապետյանի ռեյտինգը աճում է, իրենց քայլերն ավելի կոպիտ են դառնում, ինչին մենք պատրաստ ենք։ Ասում էին՝ 5 օր չի դիմանա բանտում, 5 ամիս էլ դիմացավ և ոչ մեկի հետ չբանակցեց»,- ասաց նա։
