Ավստրիայում կայացած Եպիսկոպոսաց հավաքն ու դրան հաջորդած արձագանքներն ու զարգացումները վկայում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եկեղեցու «բարենորոգման» օրակարգը լուրջ ձախողման շեմին է։ ԱՄՆ Արևմտյան թեմի առաջնորդ Հովնան արքեպիսկոպոս Տերտերյանի՝ եկեղեցու գիրկը վերադառնալուց հետո հոգևորականության շրջանում բավականին լուրջ խլրտումներ են սկսվել։

Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ նման «ծանր հարված» ստանալով՝ Փաշինյանն, իհարկե, փորձելու է դիմադրել, իրավապահ համակարգին տալու է նոր կեղտոտ հանձնարարություններ։ Սակայն փաստ է նաև, որ լուրջ պատրաստության և կամքի պարագայում եկեղեցուն կհաջողվի զսպել Փաշինյանի նկրտումները։
