Եթե որևէ մի ընկերություն, այսպես ասած, «քցում» է իր աշխատակիցներին՝ չտալով նրանց մեկ ու կես տարվա աշխատավարձերը և այդ ընկերությունն ունի 2 բաժնետեր, որոնցից մեկին պատկանում է 90 տոկոսը, իսկ մյուսին՝ 10-ը, ապա «քցված» աշխատակիցները տրամաբանորեն ումի՞ց պետք է առաջին հերթին պահանջեն իրենց փողերը: Բնական է, որ առաջին հերթին պետք է պահանջեն 90 տոկոս բաժնետիրոջից: Հիմա «Նաիրիտի» դեպքում ինչ-որ «Ռայնովիլ փրոփերթի լիմիթեդ» օֆշորային ընկերությունն է գրանցված՝ որպես 90 տոկոս բաժնետեր և այդ ընկերությունն իր հերթին ունի 2 բաժնետեր ընկերություն, որոնց միակ բաժնետերը հենց «Նաիրիտ» ՓԲԸ-ն է:
Այսինքն՝ գործարանի 90 տոկոսն անուղղակի կերպով իրենց է պատկանում, ավելի շուտ իրենց նախկին և ներկայումս «անհայտ կորած» ղեկավարներին և ընդամենը 10 տոկոսն է պետությանը: Եվ ահա մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում Նաիրիտի աշխատակիցները տեսել են, թե ինչպես են իրենց ղեկավարներն իրենք իրենց և մի խումբ այլ մարդկանց առասպելական աշխատավարձեր (միլիոններով) տվել՝ հայտնի չէ, թե ինչի համար, ինչպես նաև գործարանը գրավ դրել՝ միջպետական բանկում 70 միլիոն դոլարի դիմաց, որից 35 միլիոնը նույնպես «անհայտ կորել» է․ վերջնական արդյունքում իրենք 18 ամիս է մնացել են առանց աշխատավարձ, իսկ աշխատավարձերի ընդհանուր պարտքը կազմում է մոտ 15 միլիոն դոլար: Այս ամենը աշխատակիցները տարիներ շարունակ տեսել են և տարիներ շարունակ հանդուրժել:
Եվ ահա հիմա Նաիրիտի աշխատակիցներն այդ ամենը պահանջում են ընդամենը 10 տոկոս բաժնետեր հանդիսացող՝ Կառավարությունից: Այստեղ են ասել՝ «ով գազ բաց թողնի, ով գնա սանատորիա»: Հիմա այսպիսի հարց է առաջանում՝ իսկապե՞ս այդ 90 տոկոսի տերերն այդպես «անհայտ կորած» են, որ աշխատակիցները ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարողանում նրանց գտնել և նրանցից պահանջել: Չնայած, եթե պահանջող լինեին, հենց աշխատելու ընթացքում պահանջներ կդնեին և այդքան ակնհայտ անարդարությունները չէին հանդուրժի: Իսկ պետությունից պահանջելն ամենահեշտ բանն է․ եթե մյուսները չեն արձագանքում կամ մյուսներից պահանջելու համարձակություն չկա, ապա պետությունը կա ու կա: Բայց մի բան հաշվի չեն առնում, թե ինչպես պետությունը պետք է միանգամից վերցնի ու 15 միլիոն դոլարը վճարի: Ես ընդամենը «ինչպես»-ի մասին եմ ասում, իսկ «ինչու»-ի մասին ընդհանրապես չեմ խոսում: Եվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ գործարանը, ինչպես վերևում նշեցի, գրավի տակ է, և պետությունը նույնիսկ հնարավորություն չունի գրավ դնել գործարանը և վարկ վերցնել ու լուծել բոլոր այդ հարցերը:
Այդուհանդերձ, Կառավարությունը, լինելով ընդամենը 10 տոկոս բաժնետեր, ինչ-որ քայլեր ձեռնարկում է, 2 ամսվա աշխատավարձ պատրաստվում է վճարել, քննարկումներ է անցկացնում Համաշխարհային բանկի հետ, բանակցություններ է վարում միջպետական բանկի հետ` գույքը հետ վերցնելու վերաբերյալ: Միգուցե և որևէ արդյունք լինի՝ չեմ կարող ասել, բայց կարծում եմ, որ արդարացի չէ մի քանի «քցողների» արածների համար մեղադրել միայն և միայն պետությանը ու ամբողջը պահանջել նրանից:
