2026 թվականի սկզբից Հայաստան-Թուրքիա պետական սահմանի «Ախուրիկ» անցման կետում ծառայություն են իրականացնում միայն ՀՀ ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի զինծառայողները։ Այս մասին ասվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության ծրագրի (2021-2026 թթ.) 2025 թվականի կատարման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ զեկույցում, փոխանցում է Սպուտնիկ Արմենիան:

«Ներկայում չկա ՀՀ պետական սահմանի որևէ գործող անցման կետ, որը չի գտնվում ՀՀ ԱԱԾ ՍԶ լիարժեք վերահսկողության ներքո»,–նշված է զեկույցում:

Հիշեցնենք` ՌԴ սահմանապահները ՀՀ սահմաններին տեղակայվել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև ՀՀ տարածքում գտնվող ՌԴ սահմանապահ զորքերի կարգավիճակի և դրանց գործունեության պայմանների մասին 1992 թ. սեպտեմբերի 30-ի պայմանագրի 8-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ ի շահ ՀՀ սահմանապահ զորքերի հետևողական ձևավորման: 2024 թ. օգոստոսի 1-ին ռուսական կողմը պաշտոնապես դադարեցրեց ՀՀ «Զվարթնոց» օդային անցակետում ՀՀ պետական սահմանի պահպանության ապահովման գործառույթը: Դրա հիմքը հայկական կողմի` 2024թ. մարտի 1-ի թիվ 5/894 կ համապատասխան դիմումն էր։

2024 թվականի կեսերից «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում վերահսկողությունն իրականացնում են բացառապես հայ սահմանապահները։ Նույն պրակտիկան գործում է նաև Իրանի հետ սահմանին գտնվող «Ագարակ» անցակետում։ Այս տարվա փետրվարից Հայաստան-Թուրքիա պետական սահմանի «Մարգարա» անցման կետում սահմանային ծառայությունը նույնպես իրականացվում է բացառապես ՀՀ սահմանապահ զորքերի ուժերով։
