«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, այս ուստարվա ավարտին ՀՀ բոլոր դպրոցների 9-րդ դասարանի սովորողները «Գրականություն» և «Հայոց պատմություն» առարկաների ավարտական քննությունը հանձնելու են էսսեի ձևաչափով՝ երկու առարկաների բովանդակությունն ինտեգրող գրավոր աշխատանքի միջոցով:

Թե՛ ոլորտի փորձագետները, թե՛ բազմաթիվ ուսուցիչներ, թե՛ ծնողները արձանագրում են, որ սա ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության ամենաանընդունելի, ամենասխալ որոշումներից մեկն է, որն ի սկզբանե դատապարտված է ձախողման: Ինչո՞ւ: Նախ՝ նման էսսեով անհնար է պատկերացում կազմել, թե աշակերտը ինչ գիտելիքներ ունի նշյալ առարկաներից, որովհետև ոչ բոլոր պատմական իրադարձություններն են արտացոլված գրականության մեջ, և ոչ բոլոր գրական գործերը պատմական հենք ունեն: Արդյունքում աշակերտը կարող է ստիպված լինել համեմատել, օրինակ՝ Միքայել Նալբանդյանի «Ազատություն» բանաստեղծությունը և «Հայկ և Բել» առասպելը (չնայած վերջինս ևս առավել «Գրականություն» առարկային կարելի է դասել), կամ այլ անհամադրելի համեմատություններ անել: Երկրորդ՝ ինը տարի աշակերտները էսսե չեն գրել, այդ համեմատությունները չեն արել, որովհետև ծրագրով նախատեսված չի եղել: Հիմա, փոխանակ «Հանրակրթության պետական չափորոշիչով» ծրագրերը ներդնեն ցածր դասարաններից, ապա միայն տարիներ անց այդ քննությունը նախատեսեն, միանգամից որոշել են աշակերտներին փաստի առջև կանգնեցնել: Արդյունքում, ո՛չ աշակերտները, ո՛չ ուսուցիչները պատկերացում չունեն, թե այդ քննությունն ինչպես պետք է անցկացվի:

Սա, իհարկե, գիտեն նաև ԿԳՄՍՆում: Դրա համար էլ որոշել են մարտի 27-ին ուսուցիչների և սովորողների համար կազմակերպել էսսեի վերաբերյալ վեբինար-հարցուպատասխան: Կարելի է ասել՝ լավ է ուշ, քան երբեք, սակայն հարցն այն է, որ ընդամենը երկու ամսում աշակերտներին նման քննության պատրաստելը նշանակում է պարզապես սովորեցնել քննության «տեխնիկա», «ծիտիկ» դնել ու անցնել առաջ: Իսկ արդյունք պարզապես չի լինելու: Բայց դա երևի թե կրթության պատասխանատուներին չի հետաքրքրում: Կարևորը մի տեղ նշվի, որ «նոր չափորոշիչն» ընթացքի մեջ է: Իսկ թե ինչ կլինի մեր կրթական համակարգի հետ, աշակերտների հետ, վաղվա օրվա հետ, էական չէ:

Այդուամենայնիվ, իրազեկենք, որ ուսուցիչներն ու սովորողները մինչև մարտի 24-ը ներառյալ պետք է լրացնեն իրենց հետաքրքրող հարցերը, որոնց պատասխանները կներկայացվեն վերոնշյալ վեբինար-հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում։
