«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի անկախ պետականության վերականգնումից ի վեր երկրի նախորդ բոլոր նախագահների՝ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, Սերժ Սարգսյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ միշտ էլ այս կամ այն հարցերի վերաբերյալ եղել են դժգոհություններ: Եղել են օբյեկտիվ դժգոհություններ, եղել են նաև սուբյեկտիվ դժգոհություններ: Եղել են միֆականացված և հետևողական քարոզչությամբ ուռճացված դժգոհություններ: Բայց եղել են նաև արդարացի ու հիմնավորված դժգոհություններ: Հիմնականը՝ դժգոհություններ եղել են, սխալներ, թերություններ, անընդունելի երևույթներ եղել են: Սա որևէ մեկը չի վիճարկում: Ավելին, ակնհայտ է, որ եթե երկրում չլինեին խորքային խնդիրներ ու դժգոհություններ, 2018-ի փորձանքն էլ չէր լինի՝ իր աղետաբեր հետևանքներով:

Բայց այս ամենի հետ միասին չի կարելի չարձանագրել մեկ կարևոր հանգամանք՝ այդ բոլոր տարիներին կառուցվել է պետություն, կառուցվել է պետականություն, կառուցվել են ինստիտուտներ: Բանակ է կառուցվել, անվտանգություն է կառուցվել, դիվանագիտություն է կառուցվել: Արցախ ենք ունեցել: Ապահովության զգացում ենք ունեցել: Պետության ու պետականության զգացում ենք ունեցել:

Իսկ ի՞նչ է կատարվում հիմա, ի՞նչ ունենք այսօր:

Հիմա պետության ղեկավարի դիրքն զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ելնում ու բացեիբաց հայտարարում է նույնը, ինչ մեր ազգի, մեր ժողովրդի, մեր պետության թշնամիները: Նա ժողովրդին ահաբեկում է պատերազմի սպառնալիքով: Բայց դա էլ դեռ մի կողմ: Փաշինյանն ասում է՝ Անկախության հռչակագիրը կոնֆլիկտային է, Ղարաբաղյան շարժումը կոնֆլիկտի մասին է, Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին կոնֆլիկտ է, Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը հիշելը կոնֆլիկտ է, Արարատին նայելը կոնֆլիկտ է: Կարսը, Վանը, Բիթլիսը հիշելը կոնֆլիկտ է: Մի խոսքով, անցյալ ու պատմություն ունենալը կոնֆլիկտ է: Իսկ ի՞նչ է հետո ասելու՝ որ Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցն ու Հայոց գրերը ևս... կոնֆլիկտի մասի՞ն են...

Ու մտորում ես՝ այսքան վախեցա՞ծ, այսքան անարժանապատի՞վ, այսքան զիջո՞ղ...

Այո, Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ջնջել Անկախության հռչակագիրը: Բայց ինչպե՞ս կարելի է ջնջել պետության ստեղծման հիմքում դրված անկյունաքարը, հռչակագիրը:

Դա նշանակում է կազմաքանդել պետականությունը, կրծել պետության հիմքը:

Օրերս նշել էինք, կրկնենք. խոսքը Սահմանադրության նախաբանում գրված մեկ կամ երկու նախադասության մասին չէ: Խոսքը կամ Փաշինյանի ցանկությունը Անկախության հռչակագիրը վերացնելն է: Դա, եթե կարճ ու կոնկրետ՝ նշանակում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության լուծարում: Կազմաքանդում, էլի:

Ի դեպ, արդեն կան տեղեկություններ, այսպես կոչված, սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների մասին: Թռուցիկ հայացքն իսկ բավարար է հասկանալու համար անհայտը. բոլոր այդ փոփոխությունները, որոնք փորձ է արվելու անցկացնել, այո, պետության կազմաքանդման մասին են, արժեքային համակարգի ու ազգայինի կազմաքանդման մասին են: Այսինքն, սահմանադրական «կնիք» դնելու այն ամենի վրա, ինչի համար եկել են իշխանության:
