«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

akcent.site–ն «Իրանի պատերազմի ֆոնին Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը ռիսկային դաշինք են ստեղծում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ երեկվա հակառակորդներ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը բացում են առևտրային ուղիներ, փոխանակում վառելիք և պատրաստվում ապրանքների ուղիղ մատակարարումների: Իրանական պատերազմի ֆոնին սա թվում է քաղաքական շրջադարձ, որը կարող է նոր սպառնալիքներ ստեղծել ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի և, մասնավորապես, Ռուսաստանի համար:

Բաքուն արդեն իսկ բենզին է մատակարարում Երևանին և ծառայում է որպես տարանցիկ միջանցք Ռուսաստանից և Ղազախստանից հացահատիկի համար: Դրա դիմաց Հայաստանը կազմում է արտահանման համար նախատեսված ապրանքների ցանկ: Միևնույն ժամանակ, երկու երկրներն էլ դանդաղորեն հեռանում են Ռուսաստանից. Հայաստանը սառեցրել է իր մասնակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին, իսկ Ադրբեջանը զգալ է տվել Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների սառեցումը: Նաև երկու երկրների էլիտաներն աջակցում են, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» նախագծին, որը կկապի Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանի հետ և միաժամանակ կնվազեցնի Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի ազդեցությունը:

Սակայն հարաբերությունների այս «վերագործարկումը» մնում է փխրուն: Սահմանները դեռևս չեն սահմանազատվել, Բաքուն Երևանից պահանջում է սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ: Նաև այս ամենում հիմնական ռիսկը էներգետիկ կախվածությունն է. Հայաստանն արդեն վառելիք է ստանում Ադրբեջանից և, ի վերջո, կարող է անցնել գազի մատակարարմանը: Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ նոր ճգնաժամի դեպքում Բաքուն հզոր լծակներ կստանա իր հարևանի նկատմամբ։

Այսպիսով, այս անհեթեթ «խաղաղությունը» կառուցված է ոչ թե վստահության վրա (ինչպես Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերություններում), այլ փոխադարձ խոցելիության վրա, և Ադրբեջանի ցանկացած քմահաճույք կարող է փլուզել այս փխրուն կառուցվածքը։
