ՀՀ կառավարությունը դիտմամբ խոչընդոտում է եկեղեցու նախաձեռնությունը

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները ամեն ինչ անում են Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցուն վնասելու ուղղությամբ, իսկ արդյունքում տուժում է հասարակ քաղաքացին։ Էջմիածնում «Թումո» կենտրոն բացելու Մայր Աթոռի ծրագիրը օդում է մնացել։ Ժամանակակից կրթահամալիրի նախագիծը պատրաստ է, ֆինանսական միջոցների խնդիր էլ չկա, բայց կառուցել չեն կարող։ Ըստ Մայր Աթոռի՝ վարչական խոչընդոտներ կան։ Նորագույն տեխնոլոգիական կրթահամալիրը Մայր Աթոռի ու բարերարների միջոցներով են կառուցելու, նախատեսված է 2000 երեխաների համար։ Կենտրոնի հողատարածքի մի մասը համայնքային սեփականությունն է, դա պետք է եկեղեցուն հատկացնեն, որ սկսեն կառուցել, բայց Վաղարշապատի համայնքապետարանը միտումնավոր ձգձգում է։

Նախագծով կրթահամալիրի տարածքը 4500 քառակուսի մետր է, որից 736-ը համայնքային հողատարածքի հատվածում է։ Ավագանին անցած հոկտեմբերին այս 736 քառակուսի մետրը անհատույց սեփականության իրավունքով միաձայն օտարել է Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցուն։ Ավագանու անդամներից ոչ մեկը դեմ չի քվեարկել, և հետո պետք է կադաստրով գրանցեին սեփականության իրավունքը, ու այստեղից գործընթացը կանգնել է։ Ավելին, Վաղարշապատի համայնքապետը դիմել է Կադաստր՝ գործարքը կասեցնելու պահանջով։ Համայնքապետարանն իր հերթին մեղադրում է Մայր Աթոռին՝ իբր օտարված տարածքներն անմխիթար վիճակում են։

«Բոլոր տարածքները տարիներ շարունակ գտնվում են խիստ անմխիթար և անբարեկարգ վիճակում՝ փաստացի զրկված լինելով իրենց նպատակային գործառույթից և որևէ կերպ չծառայելով համայնքի զարգացման ու հանրային շահերի ապահովմանը։ Այս համատեքստում համայնքապետարանը գտնում է, որ նման պայմաններում նոր, առավել լայնածավալ ներդրումային ծրագրերի, այդ թվում՝ քննարկվող նախաձեռնությունների իրագործման վերաբերյալ վստահության բավարար հիմքեր առկա չեն, քանի դեռ չեն կատարվել արդեն իսկ ստանձնված պարտավորությունները»,- ասված է համայնքապետարանի հաղորդագրությունում։

Հայտարարությունից պարզ է դառնում, որ Արգիշտի Մեխակյանը միտումնավոր և վերևից ստացած հրահանգով է ձգձգում որոշման կայացումը, իսկ տարածքների անբարեկարգության մասին խոսույթն ընդամենը պատրվակ է։ Հողը ամբողջությամբ չի հանձնվել եկեղեցուն, և, եթե հարցը դա է, ապա տարածքներն անբարեկարգ են հենց համայնքապետարանի մեղքով։ Արդյունքում կառավարությունը դիտմամբ խոչընդոտում է եկեղեցու նախաձեռնությունը, տուժում է Վաղարշապատի բնակիչը։
