Այսօր «Ոչ Արեւմտյան Ադրբեջանին» շարժման համակարգող Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը եւ շարժման անդամ Հայկ Նահապետյանն այսօր այցելել էին Տիգրանաշեն՝ տեղում հասկանալու, թե ինչ իրավիճակում են ապրում սահմանամերձ գյուղի բնակիչները։

Գյուղում առաջին իսկ հայացքից նկատելի է՝ որոշ տներ փակ են, մի մասը՝ դատարկ։ Մնացած բնակիչներն էլ չեն թաքցնում իրենց մտահոգությունները։ Ասում են՝ անվտանգային խնդիրները շարունակում են անհանգստացնել, իսկ ընդհանուր իրավիճակը մնում է անորոշ․

«էս վիճակում ապրելը էդքան էլ հեշտ չի։ Էդ բնակավայրերը՝ սրանք բնակեցվա՞ծ են, ի՞նչ աշխատանքով են էստեղ հիմնականում զբաղվում, ու դպրոցի մասին ասի։ Դպրոցը արդեն, որ աշակերտները քիչ են, փակվում է։ Հետո ներքև են գնում, էլի Սևակավան․ ոչ ապահովում են գնալը, տանել-բերելը, ոչ էլ՝ էս կրթությունը ինչ են հաշվում։ Ով որ լավ սովորում է, ուզում է ներքև իջնի, չգիտեմ, էդ է, գյուղի դրվածքը էդ է»,-պատմում է Տիգրանաշենում բնակվող կինը։
«Ո՛չ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին» շարժման համակարգող Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը և շարժման անդամ Հայկ Նահապետյանը հանդիպել են բնակիչների հետ, լսել նրանց խնդիրները և դրանց հիման վրա ներկայացրել նամակ-դիմում։ Նրանք պահանջում են, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ձեռնարկեն հստակ և անհապաղ քայլեր.
«Ստեղծված իրավիճակը պարունակում է լուրջ վտանգ՝ առանձին տարածքների փաստացի կորստի և կարող է հանգեցնել հնարավոր անեքսիայի՝ առանց ռազմական գործողությունների, ինչը կարող է տեղի ունենալ բնակչության համակարգված դուրսմղման և հակառակորդի գործողությունների նկատմամբ լուռ հանդուրժողականության պայմաններում։

Մենք պահանջում ենք անհապաղ և կոնկրետ գործողություններ։ Սահմանամերձ համայնքների անվտանգությունը պետք է լինի պետական քաղաքականության անվերապահ և առաջնային ուղղություն»,- ասվում է նամակում:

Շարժման ներկայացուցիչները նշում են՝ սահմանամերձ համայնքների անվտանգությունը պետք է լինի պետական քաղաքականության առաջնահերթ ուղղություններից մեկը։

«Դատարկվող գյուղը լուրջ մտահոգությունների տեղիք է տալիս։ Անձամբ իմ՝ որպես քաղաքական գործչի մոտ, մեծանում են կասկածները, թե արդյոք Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չեն տրվի Ադրբեջանի պահանջներին և, հաշվի առնելով գյուղի դատարկման գործընթացը, չեն գնա այս տարածքը հանձնելու ճանապարհով։

Այս մտավախությունը, պետք է ասել, բավականին հիմնավոր է, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը մշտապես առաջ է քաշում անկլավների վերադարձի պահանջը»,-նշում է շարժման համակարգող Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը։

Հայկ Նահապետյանն էլ հավելում է՝ մարդկանց սեփակապության վկայական չեն տալիս.

«Հիմա այստեղ պատկերացրեք՝ երբ հասնում ես բնակչին, հարցնում ես՝ սեփականության վկայական ունե՞ս, ասում է՝ չունեմ, ինչ-որ ձևով գրանցված է Սևակավանում։ Այսինքն՝ հասկանալի է, որ հոգեբանորեն ինքը կառչած չէ այդ հողակտորին, այդ տանը, որտեղ ինքը մշակում է, ապրում է, կերակրում է իր ընտանիքը, իրենը չէ, կարող են տալ ադրբեջաներին»։
