Արցախյան հարցը սպառնում է նոր լարում մտցնել Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի, նաև Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, և մեղավորը կրկին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է։ Մոսկվան, իհարկե, իր մեղքն ունի այս հարցում, փորձում է թոթափել այն, ինչպես եղավ Փաշինյան–Պուտին հանդիպմանը։ Մոսկվայում Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն անդրադարձել էր հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ Արցախում հայ չմնաց՝ Հայաստանի վարչապետին հիշեցնելով, որ նա Պրահայում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը ճանաչել է Ադրբեջանի մաս, Փաշինյանն էլ իր հերթին հակադարձել էր, թե դա արել է միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարն է երկու անգամ հրապարակայնորեն Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջան անվանել։ Փաշինյանը Կրեմլում էլ կրկնեց, որ փակել է Ղարաբաղի էջը։

Ըստ երևույթին՝ Փաշինյանի այս հակադարձումը ՌԴ-ում ծանր են տարել․ նախօրեին Պուտինի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովն էլ, ի թիվս այլ արձանագրումների, հայտարարել է, թե Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչելու Հայաստանի որոշումն ընդունվել է առանց Մոսկվայի մասնակցության։ Ռուս պաշտոնյան նշել է, որ իր երկիրը որևէ առնչություն չունի Հայաստանի իշխանությունների այս քայլի հետ։ «Մոսկվան ցանկանում է, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցը քննարկելիս ավելորդ անգամ հղումներ չարվեն Ռուսաստանին»,- նշել է նա։

Պեսկովին պատասխանել են ոչ թե Երևանից, այլ… Բաքվից։ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել այդ կապակցությամբ։ «Այս առնչությամբ Ադրբեջանի դիրքորոշումը՝ Ղարաբաղի տարածաշրջանը քաղաքական շահարկումների համար օգտագործելու անթույլատրելիության մասին, ինչպես նաև նման քննարկումները դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ երկրի ակնկալիքները դիվանագիտական ուղիներով փոխանցվել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի վարչակազմին, Ռուսաստանի կառավարությանը և Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը»,– նշվում է հայտարարությունում։

Ըստ նախարարության՝ չնայած դրան, թեման շարունակում է մնալ ռուսական կողմի պաշտոնական քաղաքական դիսկուրսում։ Փաստացի՝ Փաշինյանն ու Ալիևը Արցախի հարցում գտնվում են մեկ ուղեծրում, մեկ խոսույթ են գեներացնում, շարժվում մեկ ուղղությամբ։
