Օրերս արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը Էստոնիայի իր գործընկերոջ հետ համատեղ ասուլիսում հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների միջև աշխատանքը TRIPP-ի իրագործման ուղղությամբ շարունակվում է։ «Հիմա աշխատանքների փաստաթղթային փուլն է, ու ըստ էության՝ միջպետական պայմանագրի համաձայնեցման փուլում ենք գտնվում։ Հուսանք, որքան հնարավոր է շուտ, կթևակոխենք շինարարության փուլ։ Այստեղ է, որ նաև մենք երրորդ գործընկերների կարիք ենք ունենալու, իհարկե, պայմանագիրը երկկողմ է լինելու, ու համաձայնությունը և նախագիծը երկկողմ են՝ նկատի ունեմ Հայաստանը և ԱՄՆ-ը։ Բայց նաև և՛ շինարարության փուլում ենք գործընկերների կարիք ունենալու, և՛ ըստ էության, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, նաև այդ համակարգերի կառավարման փուլում», - ասել է Միրզոյանը՝ ընդգծելով՝ «որքան էլ երկկողմ նախագիծ է, բխում է ու համապատասխանում է բազմաթիվ երկրների շահերից՝ սկսած Չինաստանից, վերջացրած Պորտուգալիայով, էլ չասած մեր անմիջական հարևաններով»։

Միևնույն ժամանակ պնդել է, թե «նաև Մերձավոր Արևելքի երկրներն են հետաքրքրված այս թեմաներով, առայժմ որևէ կոնկրետ բան չկա, որը կարող է կիսել հանրության հետ»։ Միրզոյանի հայտարարությունից առաջ «Foreign Policy» հեղինակավոր պարբերականը հայտնել էր, թե TRIPP նախագծի շրջանակում տարածքի ուսումնասիրման նպատակով ամերիկյան ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների այցը հետաձգվել է՝ Իրանի հետ պատերազմի պատճառով։ Պարբերականին այդ մասին ասել են երևանյան աղբյուրները։ «Իրանի նկատմամբ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարած քաղաքականությունը կարող է վտանգել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ձեռք բերված միակ հաջողված խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը»։ Սկանդալային այս հրապարակումից հետո ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունը փորձել էր հանգստացնել կողմերին՝ նշելով, թե TRIPP-ը շարունակում է մնալ Միացյալ Նահանգների առաջնահերթություններից մեկը։

«TRIPP-ը շարունակում է մնալ Միացյալ Նահանգների առաջնահերթություններից մեկը, քանի որ այն ունի Հարավային Կովկասում և դրանից դուրս խաղաղությունն ու բարեկեցությունը խթանելու ներուժ։ Թրամփի վարչակազմը շարունակում է հավատարիմ մնալ TRIPP-ը իրականություն դարձնելու հանձնառությանը»,- նշել էր ԱՄՆ պետդեպարտամենտի խոսնակը։ Այդուհանդերձ, TRIPP-ի շուրջ աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումները մշուշոտ են դարձել, «Թրամփի ուղու» հետագա ճակատագիրը, իսկ դա ծանր հարված է հենց Փաշինյանի դիրքերին։
