Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումին այս տարի Հայաստանը կներկայացնի ոչ թե արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը, այլ փոխարտգործնախարար Վահան Կոստանյանը։ Սա 2022-ից՝ հայ-թուրքական կարգավորման մեկնարկից ի վեր, առաջին անգամն է, որ Երևանը մասնակցում է նման ցածր մակարդակով։ Այն, որ Վահան Կոստանյանն է մեկնելու Անթալիա, պարզ է դառնում Անթալիայի ֆորումի կայքում հրապարակված ցանկից։ Նա այս տարի Հայաստանի միակ ներկայացուցիչը կլինի։

Վարչապետի խոսնակ Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը հայտնել է, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ չի մասնակցելու ապրիլի 17-19-ին Անթալիայում կայանալիք դիվանագիտական ֆորումին։ Թերևս Փաշինյանի՝ Անթալիա չմեկնելու որոշումը արդարացված է։ Թուրքական կողմը մինչ օրս չի հայտնել, արդյոք Էրդողանը մասնակցելո՞ւ է Երևանում մայիսի սկզբին կայանալիք Եվրամիության քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովին, որին մասնակցելու է Եվրամիության ղեկավարների մեծ մասը։ Ըստ ամենայնի՝ Էրդողանը չի էլ ժամանի Երևան, քանի որ ավելի վաղ Երևան այցելելու հավանականությունը մերժել է նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։

Սա, իհարկե, դիվանագիտական առումով բավականին լուրջ հարված է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դիրքերին, և վերջինս էլ փորձում է ցույց տալ իր ատամները՝ չմեկնելով Անթալիա։ Փոխարենը կարող էր Անթալիա մեկնել արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը, բայց վերջինս էլ, ըստ երևույթին, ասելիք չունի, և Հայաստանն այս տարի մասնակցում է նման ցածր մակարդակով։

Թե ինչ կլինի հաջորդ տարիներին, կախված է արդեն հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների հետագա ընթացքից։ Համենայն դեպս, հայկական կողմը հայտարարել է, թե ամեն ինչ արել է հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու ուղղությամբ, և այժմ գնդակը Թուրքիայի դաշտում է։
