Ապրիլի 15-ին Բելգիայի հայ համայնքի սոցիալ-մշակութային կենտրոնը՝ Հայ Տունը, որը գտնվում է Բրյուսելում, հյուրընկալել է Բելգիա այցելած Արցախի պաշտոնական պատվիրակությանը։ Պատվիրակության կազմում էին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Դանիելյանը, Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը, Արցախի մշակույթի նախկին նախարար Լեռնիկ Հովհաննիսյան և ԱՀ ԱԺ նախագահի խորհրդական Արա Պուլուզյանը։

Այցը հնարավորություն է տվել ծավալելու խորքային քննարկումներ՝ կապված Արցախի ժողովրդի ներկայիս իրավիճակի, տեղահանության հետևանքների և ինքնության պահպանման մարտահրավերների հետ։ Հանդիպման առանցքում ընդգծվել է մշակույթի առանցքային դերը՝ որպես դիմակայության, ինքնության պահպանման և ազգային շարունակականության հիմնական հենասյուն։

Այս համատեքստում Հայ Տունը կարևոր դեր է կատարում՝ հանդիսանալով մշակույթի պահպանման, փոխանցման և տարածման կենտրոն՝ ինչպես Բելգիայում, այնպես էլ Եվրոպայում։ Կարեն Թադևոսյանի նախագահությամբ, ով նաև Բելգիայի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների ժողովի նախագահն է, Հայ Տունը հաստատվել է որպես կարևոր մշակութային կառույց՝ իրականացնելով բազմաբնույթ նախաձեռնություններ՝ ուղղված հայկական, այդ թվում արցախյան մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանմանը։ Կենտրոնը կյանքի է կոչել մի շարք ծրագրեր՝ աջակցելով Հայաստանի տարածքում գործող արցախյան մշակութային կենտրոններին, նպաստելով ավանդույթների, արվեստի և հավաքական հիշողության պահպանմանը։ Արցախի համար անհրաժեշտության դժվարին ժամանակաշրջանից ի վեր իրականացվել են նաև բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր տարբեր ոլորտներում՝ մասնավորապես մշակութային, սոցիալական և մարդասիրական ուղղություններով։

Հայ Տունը նաև հյուրընկալել է բարձրակարգ մշակութային կառույցներ, այդ թվում՝ Ստեփանակերտի Վահրամ Փափազյանի անվան պետական դրամատիկական թատրոնը, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում է նրա կարևոր դերը որպես մշակութային հարթակ Եվրոպայում։Միաժամանակ, Հայ Տունը վերահաստատել է իր հանձնառությունը Արցախի ժողովրդի հիմնարար իրավունքների պաշտպանության գործում՝ ընդգծելով, որ մշակույթի պահպանումը անբաժանելի է ինքնության, արժանապատվության և հիշողության իրավունքից։

Վերջապես, կենտրոնը հայտնել է իր պատրաստակամությունը դառնալու Արցախի ժողովրդի ներկայացուցչական հարթակ Բելգիայում՝ Բրյուսելի սրտում։ Այս նախաձեռնությունը միտված է ոչ միայն մշակութային ներկայության ամրապնդմանը, այլև երկխոսության, հիշողության և իրավունքների պաշտպանության տարածքի ձևավորմանը։
