Օրեր առաջ մամուլում լուրեր էին շրջանառվում այն մասին, որ Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայանի տնօրեն Գագիկ Մարկոսյանն ու փոխտնօրեններից մեկը ազատվել են աշխատանքից, իսկ մյուս փոխտնօրենը` կալանավորել։

Նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունը հաստատեց, որ Մեծամորի ատոմակայանի տնօերնն ազատվել է աշխատանքից, այն էլ իր սեփական դիմումի համաձայն, իսկ մեր մյուս հարցերին հրաժարվեցին պատասխանել` ասելով, թե իրենք տեղյակ չեն, թե ո՞վ է կալանավորված և ինչի՞ համար:
Orer.am-ն այս անգամ էլ կապ հաստատեց ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության լրատվականի ղեկավար Արծվին Բաղրամյանի հետ, ով հաստատեց, որ կալանավորվել է ՀԱԷԿ ՓԲԸ կոմերցիոն գծով նախկին փոխտնօրեն Ռուբիկ Մովսիսյանը:
«Առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք քրեական օրենսգրքի 179 հոդվածի 3 մասի 1 կետով եւ 190 հոդվածի 3 մասի 1-ին կետով: Գործը գտնվում է նախաքննության փուլում»,-ասաց Արծվին Բաղրամյանը:
Նշենք, որ համաձայն ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179 հոդվածի 3 մասի 1 կետի, անձը մեղադրվում է իրեն վստահված ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակությունը խոշոր չափերով յուրացնելու կամ վատնելու մեջ և համաձայն 190 հոդվածի 3 մասի 1-ին կետի, անձը մեղադրվում է հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված եկամուտները խոշոր չափերով օրինականացնելու (փողերի լվացման) մեջ:
