Ապօրինի գույքի բռնազավթման մասին օրենքը գործող իշխանությունների ձեռքին վաղուց է դարձել զենք և մահակ՝ ընդդիմախոսներին լռեցնելու համար։

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ նախընտրական այս փուլում իշխանությունները հրահանգել են ավելի շատ գործեր հարուցել և առնվազն տեղեկատվական միջավայրը խցանել նման տեղեկություններով, ընդ որում՝ թիրախում բացառապես ընդդիմադիր գործիչներն են լինելու։ Փաշինյանը ապօրինի գույքի բռնազավթման մասին փաստերը նաև ներառել է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախընտրական ծրագրում, բնական է, որ գործող իշխանությունները իրենք էլ հասկանում են՝ հանրությունը այլ սպասելիքներ ուներ այդ օրենքից իրականում, սակայն բոլորովին այլ բան ստացավ, ուստի Փաշինյանը փորձել է նաև արդարացնել իրենց իսկ ձախողումները։

«Ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ քաղաքական ուժեր կան, ասում են՝ սպասված ձևով, պատշաճ ծավալներով չի իրականացվում գույքի վերադարձը։ Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ այսպես խոսում են այն քաղաքական ուժերը, որոնց ներկայացուցիչներն անցնում են այս ապօրինի գույքի գործընթացով։ Նրանք այս խոսույթը փորձում են օգտագործել հանրության շրջանում հիասթափություն առաջացնելու համար»,– ասել է Փաշինյանը՝ միաժամանակ խոստովանելով, որ տեմպերի հետ կապված խնդիրներ կան։

«Մենք մաֆիայի գույքն ենք ձեռքերից վերցնում, սիրելի ժողովուրդ, մաֆիայի դեմ ենք պայքարում, իսկ դա հեշտ չէ։ Մենք միակ քաղաքական ուժն ենք, որ շարունակում ենք։ Բոլոր էն քննադատողները, որ ասում են՝ լավ չի իրականացվում ապօրինի գույքի վերադարձը, իրենցից ոչ մեկը չի ասում՝ այ, որ մենք գանք իշխանության, մենք ավելի լավ կանենք, որովհետև իրենց 90 տոկոսը հենց այս ապօրինի գույքի վերադարձի թիրախն է»,– նշել է Փաշինյանը։

Ըստ էության, վերջինս չի էլ պատասխանել այն հարցին, թե ինչպես ստացվեց, որ օրենքի թիրախում միայն այն անձինք են, ովքեր համարձակվում են դեմ արտահայտվել գործող իշխանությունների քաղաքականությանը։ Բնական է, անմեղության կանխավարկածը հարգելով, պետք է նշենք, որ շատերն ամենևին էլ հրեշտակներ չեն և իսկապես պետք է անցնեին ապօրինի գույքի բռնազավթման օրենքի ընթացակարգերով։ Բայց և վերջին տարիների ընթացքում իշխանությունները որևէ կերպ սեփական կողմնակիցներին չեն թիրախավորել, նրանցից ապօրինի գույք չեն խլել, օրենքը նրանց դեմ չեն կիրառել։
