Երեկ տարօրինակ մի այց է կայացել Հայաստան, որի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները չափազանց սուղ են՝ չնայած պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններին։ Առավոտյան հայտնի դարձավ, որ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում ադրբեջանական ինքնաթիռ է վայրէջք կատարել։ Միայն բավական ժամանակ անց Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հաստատեց, որ Հայաստան է ժամանել ադրբեջանական պատվիրակություն՝ փոխվարչապետ Շահին Մուստաֆաևի գլխավորությամբ։

Աղվերանում, ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, տեղի է ունեցել երկու երկրների միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի և պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման պետական հանձնաժողովի 13-րդ հանդիպումը։ Նախորդ հանդիպումն էլ կայացել էր Ադրբեջանի տարածքում՝ նոյեմբերին, և սա, ըստ էության, պատասխան այց էր։ Նշվում է, որ կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել սահմանազատման միջոցառումների հետ կապված կազմակերպչական և տեխնիկական հարցերի շուրջ, թե ինչ հստակ պայմանավորվածությունների են հանգել, չի նշվում։

Ուշագրավ է, որ կայացել է նաև գործարարների հանդիպում․ ադրբեջանական կողմից մի քանի գործարարներ են ժամանել, և հայկական կողմից էլ հայտնի ու անհայտ տարբեր գործարարներ մասնակցել են հանդիպմանը, քննարկել համագործակցության զարգացման, մատակարարումների հարցեր։ Հիշեցնենք՝ տևական ժամանակ է՝ Ադրբեջանից Հայաստան պարարտանյութ, հացահատիկ, նավթամթերքներ են առաքվում։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ցանկանում են ավելացնել այդ մատակարարումների թիվը, նաև Հայաստանից էլ ապրանքներ առաքել Ադրբեջան, և դրա համար էլ ադրբեջանցի գործարարները ժամանել են՝ տեղում հասկանալու, թե ի՞նչ կարող են գնել Հայաստանից։ Թեպետ, առաքումների սալդոն բացարձակապես Ադրբեջանի օգտին է։ Հայաստանից միակ արտահանումը վերջին տարիներին 960 դոլարի հոլանդական վարդերն էին, այն էլ՝ վերաարտահանման անվան տակ։ Փաստացի՝ մինչ Ադրբեջանը առաջ է մղում իր տնտեսական և քաղաքական շահերը՝ տարբեր ապրանքներ ուղարկելով Հայաստան, Հայաստանից դեռևս չեն կարողանում համապատասխան ապրանքներ առաջարկել Բաքվին։

Մուստաֆաևը հանդիպումն ավարտելուց անմիջապես հետո մեծ շքախմբով հեռացել է և «Զվարթնոցից» մեկնել Ադրբեջան, մինչ այդ էլ պայմանավորվել են, որ հաջորդ հանդիպումը կայանալու է Ադրբեջանում։ Առաջիկայում ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներից կիմանանք իրականում, թե ինչ պայմանավորվածությունների են հանգել։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, առաջին առաջնահերթ սահմանազատում իրականացվելու է Սյունիքի հարավային հատվածում, որտեղով պետք է անցնի TRIPP նախագիծը, և այս հանդիպումն էլ, ըստ էության, ամերիկյան կողմի գործուն մասնակցությամբ է եղել։
