«Հիմա Երևանում գտնվող առաջնորդների ներկայացրած բազմաթիվ պետությունների ստորագրություններով՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բռնի տեղահանված բնակիչները պետք է հնարավորություն ունենան արժանապատիվ, անվտանգ, կամավոր, անհապաղ և անխոչընդոտ վերադարձի։ 2,5 տարի է, ինչ Արցախի ժողովուրդը կամովի ցանկանում է վերադառնալ հայրենիք՝ երաշխիքների ներքո, բայց ոչ ոք չի ապահովում այդ պայմանները, ոչ ոք արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի հրամանը չի կատարում, որևէ երկխոսության միջազգային մեխանիզմ չի ներդնում, բոլորն անտեսում են մեր դիմումները և ընդհուպ մինչև ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, մեզ հորդորում է մոռանալ մեր վերադարձի իրավունքը:

Երբ վերադարձի իրավունքի մասին ենք խոսում, առաջին հերթին պետք է գնահատականներ հնչեն, թե Արցախի ժողովրդի հանդեպ ինչ հանցագործություններ են տեղի ունեցել, որից հետո նոր կարող ենք խոսել, թե վերադարձը ինչպիսին կարող է լինել, երաշխավորելու համար նոր հանցագործությունների կանխումը։ Եվրոպացի առաջնորդները գիտեն, որ մեր հանդեպ տեղի են ունեցել զանգվածային ոճրագործություններ։ Մեր վերադարձի իրավունքը ոչ միայն ապրիորի է՝ բխելով միջազգային իրավունքի տարբեր փաստաթղթերից, այլ նաև կոնկրետ է և անմիջական՝ բխելով ՄԱԿ-ի արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի հրամանից:

Միջազգային հանրությունն ունի պարտավորություն ապահովելու մեր վերադարձի իրավունքը, եթե դուք ցանկանում եք տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն, ապա մեր վերադարձի իրավունքը և մնացած բոլոր իրավունքները՝ գերիների, պատանդների վերադարձը, մշակութային ժառանգության մասնավոր ու հանրային սեփականության պաշտպանությունը, պետք է հարգվեն և վերականգնվեն, այլապես տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն չի լինելու, և Ադրբեջանի ալիևյան ցեղասպանական ռեժիմը շարունակելու է նորանոր հանցագործությունները հայ ժողովրդի դեմ»,- նշել է նա: 

Հիշեցնենք, որ արցախցիների բողոքի ցույց է տեղի ունենում Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրի մոտ, որտեղ այս պահին մեկնարկում է Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովը։ Նրանք պաստառներ են պահում «Ազատություն հայ քրիստոնյա պատանդներին», «Վերադարձրեք քրիստոնյա հայերին» և «Արցախը Հայաստան է» գրություններով։
