Ստամբուլի Արդարադատության պալատում դեկտեմբերի 15-ին հարցաքննության է կանչվել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության ժամանակաշրջանում Ստամբուլի ոստիկանապետ Ջալալեդդին Ջեռռահը: Նրա հարցաքննությունն, որը սկսվել է տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 10:00-ին, անցկացրել է Ստամբուլի հանրապետական դատախազ Յուսուֆ Հաքքը Դողանը: Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Ակոս»-ը:
Հարցաքննությունն անցկացվում է այն հիմնավորմամբ, որ Դինքի սպանության գործով շարունակվող հետաքննության շրջանակում Ստամբուլի Բաքըրքյոյի թիվ 8-րդ ծանր հանցագործութունների դատարանը վերացրել է Ստամբուլի նախկին փոխնահանգապետ Էրգուն Գյունգորի, քաղաքի անվտանգության տնօրեն Ջալալլեդդին Ջեռռահի, Ստամբուլի ոստիկանության հետախուզական բաժնի նախկին տնօրեն Ահմեթ Իլհան Գյուլերի եւ 6 ոստիկանների նկատմամբ չհետապնդելու մասին նախկինում ընդունած որոշումը:
«Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով օրերս ցուցմունք է տվել հանցագործության իրականացման ժամանակ Ստամբուլի փոխքաղաքապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Էրգյուն Գյունգորը: Հարցաքննության բովանդակության մասին որեւէ տեղեկատվություն չի հաղորդվել:
Այն բանից հետո, ինչ 2004 թվականին «Ակոս»-ում հրատարակվել էր հոդված Թուրքիայի առաջին ռազմական կին օդաչու եւ Աթաթուրքի հոգեզավակ Սաբիհա Գյոքչենի' հայկական ծագում ունենալու վերաբերյալ, Ստամբուլի նախկին փոխքաղաքապետ Գյունգորը Հրանտ Դինքին կանչել էր իր մոտ եւ սպառնացել նրան' նշելով, որ կարող է դառնալ թիրախ ազգայնականների համար, ու ինչպես հանդիպումից հետո բնորոշել էր ինքը' Դինքը, «փորձել էր ցույց տալ իր տեղը»:
Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին' խմբագրության առջեւ նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման արդյունքում:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ' Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը' 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից:
Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին կառաջադրվի «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման եւ կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում' Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջալալեդդին Ջեռռահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ որշումներ են ընդունվել:
