Մայիսի 20-ին հերթական վիճաբանությունն է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 02։35-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության  ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արարատի  մարզային վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արտաշատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Երևան-Երասխ ավտոճանապարհի 26 հասցեում գործող «Աուրա» գիշերային ակումբում վիճաբանություն է։

Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ մեկնել են Արարատի մարզի քրեական և Արտաշատի համայնքային ոստիկանները, ովքեր պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 02։00-ի սահմաններում, վերը նշված ակումբի հաճախորդ ոմն Գագոն գարեջրի շիշ է կոտրել հատակին, որի համար անվտանգության աշխատակիցը դիտողություն է արել նրան և ընկերների հետ միասին դուրս հրավիրել նրանց, որից մոտ 15 րոպե անց վերջիններս մի խումբ անձանց հետ վերադառնալով ակումբ իրենց մոտ եղած փայտյա մահակներով կոտրել են ակումբի մուտքի դուռը, սրահի գույքը՝ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով ակումբի բնականոն աշխատանքը և պատճառելով նյութական վնաս։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանների կողմից ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ մայիսի 20-ին ժամը 02։00-ի սահմաններում Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 38-ամյա Գագիկ  Գ․-ն, 33-ամյա Գոռ Դ․-ն և 27-ամյա Ռուբեն Վ․-ն վիճաբանել են նույն ակումբի տնօրեն՝ 40-ամյա Դավիթ Պ․-ի հետ, որից հետո հեռացել են ակումբից, սակայն մոտ 15 րոպե անց նշված անձինք Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 27-ամյա Ստյոպա Դ․-ի և Ռուդիկ  Դ․-ի հետ միասին վերադարձել են ակումբ և իրենց մոտ եղած փայտյա մահակներով կոտրել են ակումբի մուտքի դուռն ու սրահի գույքը։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով Ռուբեն Վ․-ին, Ստյոպա Դ․-ին և Ռուդիկ Դ․-ին ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել, խուլիգանություն կատարելու անմիջականորեն կասկածանքով տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժին, ովքեր կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ միասին ներկայացվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
