Հարցումների շուրջ աղմուկը․ ինչո՞ւ է փոխվում իշխանության քարոզչական մարտավարությունը

Վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում հրապարակված տարբեր հարցումների արդյունքները զգալիորեն տարբերվում են այն պատկերից, որը իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները փորձում էին ձևավորել նախընտրական շրջանի սկզբում։ Եթե նախկինում շրջանառվում էին տվյալներ, որոնց համաձայն իշխող քաղաքական ուժը վստահորեն առաջատար էր և ուներ համոզիչ առավելություն մրցակիցների նկատմամբ, ապա այժմ հրապարակվող թվերը ցույց են տալիս ավելի բարդ և մրցակցային քաղաքական իրավիճակ։

Քաղաքական շրջանակներում վաղուց քննարկվում էր այն հանգամանքը, որ իշխանամետ աղբյուրներով տարածվող որոշ հարցումներ ծառայում էին ոչ միայն ներքին, այլև արտաքին լսարանի համար անհրաժեշտ պատկեր ստեղծելուն։ Այդ հրապարակումների հիմնական նպատակներից մեկը միջազգային գործընկերներին և հատկապես եվրոպական քաղաքական շրջանակներին համոզելն էր, թե գործող իշխանությունը շարունակում է պահպանել հանրային անվերապահ աջակցությունը և առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ունի հաղթանակի բարձր հավանականություն։

Այդ տրամաբանությամբ ձևավորված տեղեկատվական ֆոնը լայն տարածում ստացավ նաև մի շարք արևմտյան լրատվամիջոցներում, որոնք հղում էին կատարում համապատասխան սոցիոլոգիական տվյալներին։ Սակայն հետագա զարգացումները բազմաթիվ հարցեր առաջացրին այդ հրապարակումների հավաստիության վերաբերյալ։ Քաղաքական դաշտում և փորձագիտական շրջանակներում սկսեցին հնչել կասկածներ ներկայացված թվերի իրականության մասին, իսկ հրապարակված արդյունքների և այլ անկախ հարցումների միջև տարբերությունները չափազանց մեծ էին։

Հատկանշական է, որ հետագայում վիճահարույց հարցումների շուրջ ծագած քննարկումները հանգեցրին նրան, որ դրանց հեղինակության հարցը դարձավ առանձին բանավեճի թեմա։ Քննադատները պնդում էին, որ ներկայացված տվյալները չեն արտացոլում իրական քաղաքական տրամադրությունները և ավելի շատ քարոզչական նպատակներ են հետապնդում, քան հանրային կարծիքի օբյեկտիվ չափում։

Այս ֆոնին վերջին օրերի հարցումները ցույց են տալիս այլ պատկեր։ Թեև տարբեր ուսումնասիրություններում քաղաքական ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը տարբեր է, սակայն ընդհանուր միտումը մեկն է՝ իշխանության դիրքերը ներկայացվում են զգալիորեն ավելի համեստ, իսկ ընդդիմադիր դաշտի հանրագումարային աջակցությունը շատ դեպքերում գերազանցում է իշխող կուսակցության ցուցանիշները։

Սա է պատճառը, որ նախընտրական պայքարի վերջին փուլում հիմնական քննարկումների թեման դարձել է ոչ թե իշխանության անխուսափելի հաղթանակի թեզը, այլ այն, թե որքանով են իրական քաղաքական տրամադրությունները տարբերվում ամիսներ շարունակ ձևավորված պաշտոնական պատկերից։ Ընտրությունների նախօրեին հենց այս հակասությունն է դարձել քաղաքական օրակարգի առանցքային հարցերից մեկը։
