Անցած շաբաթ տեղի ունեցավ ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորած կառավարական պատվիրակության այցը Վրաստան: Այցի հեռանկարների, հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունների խորացման առկա հնարավորությունների և այլ թեմաների շուրջ Orer.am-ը զրուցել է Վրաստանի հարցերով փորձագետ Ջոնի Մելիքյանի հետ:

-Ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում այցի արդյունավետությունը:

-Հիշեցնեմ, որ այցելությունը պատասխան էր: Ամռանը վարչապետ Ղարիբաշվիլին այցելել էր Հայաստան: Շատ հետաքրքիր էր, որ այդ այցը համընկավ մի քանի տարածաշրջանային միջոցառումների հետ: Եթե հիշում եք, Կարսում հանդիպեցին Ադրբեջանի, Վրաստանի և Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարները: Իմ կարծիքով՝ Հայաստանի վարչապետի այցելության ընթացքում վրացական կողմը հնարավորություն ունեցավ հայկական կողմի հետ խոսել Կարսի հանդիպման, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականության և այլ անելիքների մասին: Հանդիպումների ժամանակ քննարկվել են ավանդական համագործակցության ոլորտները՝ էներգետիկա, Թբիլիսիում նախաստորագրվեց սահմանային կամուրջի հետ կապված՝ օրերս ընդունված որոշումը: Գալիք տարվանից կսկվի շինարարությունը: Հերթական անգամ երկու կողմերը հնարավորություն ունեցան քննարկել տարածաշրջանային զարգացումները, Ուկրաինայի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը, Մերձավոր Արևելքի հակամարտությունները և այլն:

-Ինչպիսի՞ն են հայ-վրացական տարբեր ոլորտների համագործակցության տեմպերը:

-Հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունների զարգացման հնարավորություններն ինչ-որ չափով սահմանափակված են: Սա կապված է մեր ինտեգրացիոն տարբեր ուղղություններով: Իրենք ձգտում են դեպի ՆԱՏՕ, մենք ՀԱՊԿ անդամ ենք: Նրանք ստորագրեցին ասոցացման պայմանագիրը, և այս պահին այն գտնվում է խորհրդարանի վավերացման փուլում: Դեկտեմբերին սպասվում է, որ Եվրախորհրդարանը կվավերացնի այդ պայմանագիրը: Հայաստանը միանում է ԵՏՄ-ին: Այդ երկու կառույցները խնդիրներ ունեն միմյանց հետ: Բայց այս պահին կան ոլորտներ՝ էներգետիկային, առևտրին վերաբերվող, որոնք հնարավոր է խորացնել և հաջողություն ունենալ: Ինձ թվում է՝ որոշակի թիրախային ոլորտներում, որոնք ես նշեցի, համագործակցության արդյունավետությունը ինչ-որ չափով կերևա: Վերջին շրջանում ստորագրվեցին պայմանագրեր, որոնց մասին խոսվում էր տարվա սկզբից, եղան այցելություններ նախագահների, վարչապետների, արտգործնախարարների և կառավարական հանձնաժողովների մակարդակով: Սա ցույց է տալիս, որ երկու կողմերը փորձում են ոչ արագ քայլերով, բայց կատարել իրենց առաջ դրված խնդիրները: Այս սահմանափակումների ֆոնին նման հարաբերություններ ստեղծելը դրական է:
