«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Ընթացիկ շաբաթը բավականին տխուր սկսվեց հայկական դրամի համար։ Դրամը շեշտակի արժեզրկվեց բոլոր արժույթների նկատմամբ։ Առեւտրային բանկերը 1 դոլարը երեկ երեկոյան վաճառում էին միջինը 501-502 դրամով, որոշ բանկեր՝ 505-510 դրամով։ ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկն էլ միանգամից 24 դրամով թանկացրեց իր կողմից վաճառվող դոլարի գինը. ԿԲ-ն երեկ վաճառել է 4 միլիոն դոլար՝ 494.46 դրամ միջին կշռված փոխարժեքով (ուրբաթ օրը ԿԲ-ն վաճառել էր 6 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի վաճառք՝ 470.22 ՀՀ դրամ 1 ԱՄՆ դոլարի դիմաց միջին կշռված փոխարժեքով)։ Հայաստանում դրամի արժեզրկման այս ցուցանիշը ռեկորդային է վերջին 10 տարվա կտրվածքով։ Դոլարը 500 դրամ արժեր 2004 թվականի վերջին։ Այն տարբերությամբ, որ դրամն այն ժամանակ ամրապնդվում էր, իսկ այսօր՝ արժեզրկվում։ Շատերը զուգահեռներ են անցկացնում 2009 թվականի մարտին արձանագրված դրամի արժեզրկման հետ։ Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ ժամանակ ԱՄՆ դոլարի գինը մեկ օրվա մեջ 305 դրամից հասավ 370 դրամի։ Այս անգամ օրական կտրվածքով նման շեշտակի տատանում չեղավ։ Սակայն իրավիճակը առավել մտահոգիչ է։ Բանն այն է, որ 2009 թվականին փոխարժեքը պարզապես ճշգրտվեց եւ կայունացավ։ Իսկ այսօր գործ ունենք շարունակական ու անկանխատեսելի գործընթացի հետ, որին գումարվում են նաեւ սպասումներն ու խուճապը»։ Առավել մանրամասն՝ թերթի այսօրվա համարում
