interaffairs.ru–ն «Փաշինյանի խաղերը. ինչո՞ւ է Մոսկվան կոշտացնում իր դիրքորոշումը Երևանի նկատմամբ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարությանը կից Ֆինանսական համալսարանի քաղաքագիտության պրոֆեսոր Ալեքսանդր Շատիլովը interaffairs.ru–ին տված հարցազրույցում խոսել է Հայաստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին:

«Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումն սկսվեց Հայաստանի Գերագույն խորհրդի՝ Խորհրդային Միությունից անջատվելու որոշմամբ։ Կային հույսեր, որ Եվրոպան կօգնի Հայաստանին, Ֆրանսիայի և ԱՄՆ-ի հայկական սփյուռքը նույնպես կօգնի, և որ առանց Խորհրդային Միության Հայաստանը կվերածվի մի տեսակ անդրկովկասյան Շվեյցարիայի։ Բայց այդ ամենը տեղի չունեցավ. մենք տեսանք Հայաստանի ինչպես քաղաքական, այնպես էլ սոցիալ-տնտեսական ներուժի զգալի դեգրադացիան», - ասել է փորձագետը։

Ալեքսանդր Շատիլովը նշել է, որ իշխանության եկած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հայաստանը տարավ շատ լուրջ աշխարհաքաղաքական պարտության և ամոթի, այն է՝ Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմում պարտության։ Բայց այդ ամոթը ոչ այնքան Հայաստանինն է, որքան Փաշինյանինը։ «Մենք նրա գործողություններում որևէ տրամաբանություն չենք տեսնում, պարզ է, որ Փաշինյանի արտասահմանյան «համակարգողները» նրան հրահրում են Ռուսաստանի դեմ։ Նրանց նպատակն է հնարավորինս հեռացնել Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից, խզել նրա հետ գործընկերային հարաբերությունները և, հնարավոր է, նույնիսկ մասնակցել Ռուսաստանում իրավիճակի ապակայունացմանը, չնայած Փաշինյանը փորձում է պահպանել որոշ տնտեսական կապեր, որոնք օգտակար են Հայաստանի համար, - նշել է փորձագետը,– այդ տեսակի քաղաքականությունը կհանգեցնի նրան, որ Հայաստանում Արևմուտքի շահերը գերակա կդառնան հայ ժողովրդի և հասարակության շահերի նկատմամբ։ Ավելին, այլընտրանքային դիրքորոշումներ ունեցողները կճնշվեն և կհետապնդվեն, և ոչ միայն նրանք, ովքեր Ռուսաստանի կողմնակիցներ են, այլ նաև բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր դեմ են Փաշինյանին»։

«Հայաստանը ավելի ու ավելի կներգրավվի հակառուսական գործողությունների մեջ, այդ թվում՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջոցով։ Եվ հնարավոր է, որ փորձ արվի նաև Ռուսաստանի հայկական սփյուռքը Ռուսաստանի դեմ դարձնել։ Այսպիսով, իմ կարծիքով, Մոսկվան բավականին ճիշտ էր, երբ ի սկզբանե Փաշինյանին հասկացրեց, որ չի խաղալու նրա խաղը, իսկ պատասխանը կլինի կոշտ», - ընդգծել է փորձագետը։
