Ռուսական շուկա հայկական գյուղմթերքի մուտքի սահմանափակումներից հետո տեղական արտադրող-արտահանողները հայտնվել են տնտեսական անդառնալի կորուստների վտանգի առաջ։ Սակայն իրական խնդիրը ոչ թե միայն ռուսական շուկայի փակումն է, այլ գործող իշխանությունների կողմից շուկաների դիվերսիֆիկացիայի վերաբերյալ տարիներ շարունակ հնչեցված հայտարարությունների և իրական քայլերի միջև գոյացած աղետալի անդունդը։ Ըստ ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի՝ 2026 թվականի հունիս ամսվա պաշտոնական տվյալների՝ արտահանման այլընտրանքային ուղիներ գործնականում չեն ստեղծվել, իսկ Եվրոպական Միության շուկա մուտք գործելու վերաբերյալ իշխանությունների հայտարարությունները պարզապես քաղաքական պոպուլիզմի և իրականությունից կտրված իլյուզիաների արդյունք էին։
 
Հունիս ամսվա տվյալների համեմատությունը ցույց է տալիս ոլորտում տիրող ճգնաժամի իրական չափերը։ Եթե 2025թ. հունիսին ընդհանուր արտահանումը կազմել էր 31,738 տոննա, ապա 2026թ. հունիսին այն նվազել է՝ հասնելով 8,095 տոննայի։ Արձանագրվել է մոտ 23,643 տոննայով պակաս բերքի արտահանում, ինչը կազմում է 74.5% անկում։ Առավել ցնցող է ռուսական ուղղության վիճակագրությունը. 2025թ. հունիսին ՌԴ էր արտահանվել մոտ 27,937 տոննա պտուղ-բանջարեղեն՝ հիմնականում բարձր պահանջարկ ունեցող ծիրան, լոլիկ, պղպեղ և կեռաս, մինչդեռ 2026թ. հունիսին այդ ծավալները կազմել են ընդամենը 110.4 տոննա՝ հիմնականում թութ և խնձոր։ Արտահանումը Ռուսաստան նվազել է ավելի քան 27,826 տոննայով՝ գրանցելով 99.6% անկում, ինչը փաստում է, որ, չնայած քաղաքական իշխանությունների տարբեր հավաստիացումներին, շուկան հայկական մթերքի համար գործնականում շարունակում է մնալ փակ։
 
Ծաղկի արտահանման ոլորտը, որը վերջին տարիներին դինամիկ զարգացում էր ապրում, նույնպես կաթվածահար վիճակում է։ 2025թ. հունիսին դեպի ՌԴ արտահանվել էր 5,784,071 հատ ծաղիկ, սակայն 2026թ. հունիսին հատով չափվող արտահանում դեպի Ռուսաստան ընդհանրապես չի իրականացվել։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ծաղիկների արտահանումը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ այս տարի նվազել է շուրջ 50.3%-ով։
 
Ինչ վերաբերում է եվրոպական ուղղությանը, ապա ըստ ՀՀ կառավարության պաշտոնական տվյալների, գործնական արդյունքներ դեռևս չկան։ ԵՄ շուկա մուտք գործելու անհնարինությունը պայմանավորված է մի շարք համակարգային խնդիրներով, որոնց լուծման ուղղությամբ պետությունը քայլեր չի ձեռնարկել։ Ֆիտոսանիտարական և սերտիֆիկացման խիստ չափանիշները, ԵՄ-ի կողմից ճանաչված լաբորատոր և սերտիֆիկացման ենթակառուցվածքների բացակայությունը, լոգիստիկ խնդիրները և բեռնափոխադրումների ծայրահեղ բարձր ինքնարժեքն իրականում ստեղծել են անհաղթահարելի արգելքներ։ Մանր և միջին ֆերմերներին չի տրամադրվել պետական աջակցություն՝ ԵՄ-ի պահանջվող միջազգային սերտիֆիկատներ ձեռք բերելու համար, ինչը նրանց զրկել է մրցունակությունից։
 
Պտուղ-բանջարեղենի և ծաղկի արտահանման նման կտրուկ անկումը նշանակում է ոչ միայն տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարների տնտեսական կորուստ, այլև հարյուրավոր ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների, ֆերմերների և լոգիստիկ ընկերությունների սնանկացման ուղղակի վտանգ։ Երբ արտադրողը զրկված է իր աշխատանքի արդյունքը վաճառելու հնարավորությունից, սկսվում է գյուղի ամայացման և գյուղատնտեսական հողերի անմշակ մնալու գործընթացը։ Հայկական գյուղատնտեսությունն ամեն օր կորցնում է իր ներուժը, իսկ իշխանությունները շարունակում են բավարարվել անբովանդակ հայտարարություններով՝ ֆերմերին իր խնդիրների հետ մենակ թողնելով։
