Այսօր լրագրողներին է հանդիպել Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական հնչակյան կուսակցության ատենապետ Նարեկ Գալստյանը,- տեղեկացնում է Orer.am-ը:
Նարեկ Գալստյանը դատապարտում է վերջին օրերին տեղի ունեցած քաղաքական գործիչներին և ազատամարտիկներին ծեծի ենթարկելու փաստը: Ըստ նրա՝ անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե մարդը ազատամարտիկ է, քաղաքական, հասարակական գործիչ, զազրելի են քաղաքական հայացքների համար բռնություն կիրառելու փաստերը: Քաղաքական գործիչը հույս է հայտնում, որ պատկան մարմինները կբացահայտեն այս ամենի իրական շարժառիթները և կդատապարտվեն պատվիրատուները և կատարողները:
Գալստյանը նշում է. «Հետաքրքիր է այն, որ մեզ մոտ հավ գողացողներին կարող են 1-2 տարով դատապարել, իսկ քաղաքական գործիչների նկատմամբ հարձակում գործողներին, ովքեր մի քիչ էլ «պինդ մեջք» ունեն, անմիջապես ազատ են արձակում»:
Բանախոսը նաև տեսակետներ հնչեցրեց դրամի արժեզրկման և գահավիժման հետ կապված: Նարեկ Գալստյանի պնդմամբ՝ այն, որ մի գիշերում դոլարը դարձավ 530 դրամ, խոսում է պետության կարգավորող ֆունկցիաների բացակայության մասին: ՍԴՀԿ ատենապետը վկայակոչում է Կենտրոնական բանկի հայտարարությունները, թե այս ամենի դեմ պայքարելու դեմ ագրեսիվ քայլեր կարվեն: Գալստյանը չի տեսնում, թե որոնք են այդ քայլերը:
Նարեկ Գալստյանը հիշեցնում է, որ այս տատանումները մեր կառավարությունն ու ԿԲ-ն նաև պայմանավորում են որոշ գործարարների՝ սրա վրա գումար աշխատելու ցանկությամբ: Ըստ բանախոսի՝ եթե նման բան կա, ապա այդ գործարարները պետք է միանգամից հայտնվեն ճաղավանդակի ետևում: Պարոն Գալստյանը զարմացած է, որ չի տեսնում պետության վերահսկողությունը նաև առկա խայտառակ թանկացումների պարագայում:
«Ամբողջ աշխարհում բենզինի գները էժանանում են, որևէ մեկը կարող է ինձ մեկ հոդաբաշխ նախադասությամբ բացատրել, թե Հայաստանում ինչու՞ է հակառակը»,- հարց է տալիս Նարեկ Գալստյանը:
ՍԴՀԿ ատենապետը գտնում է, որ Նոր տարվա շեմին այս թանկացումները խոսում են իշխանությունների ոչ պատշաճ մոտեցման կամ էլ որոշ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների միանգամից հարստանալու մոլուցքի մասին, ինչը դատապարտելի է, որովհետև անկախ քաղաքական խնդիրներից, կան սոցիալական մինիմալ հարցեր, որոնք պետությունը պարտավոր է լուծել: Նարեկ Գալստյանը այս երևույթը որակեց «տնտեսական բեսպրեդել» , որը լավ բանի չի հանգեցնի:
