ՄԱԿ ԳԱ-ում Փաշինյանի ելույթը կապ չուներ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և հայ ժողովրդի շահերի հետ․ Արտակ Զաքարյան

ՄԱԿ-ը, որպես միջազգային կառույց, թեև կորցրել է իր ազդեցիկությունը, այնուամենայնիվ քարոզչական իմաստով, որպես հարթակ՝ կարևոր է:

Հետևում եմ հատկապես միջազգային իրադարձությունների կենտրոնում գտնվող երկրների ղեկավարների ելույթներին: Յուրաքանչյուրի խոսքը կառուցված է սեփական պետության կենսական շահերի, առկա հակասությունների յուրովի մեկնաբանման, իր դիրքորոշումների, ձգտումների ու պայանջների հստակ ներկայացման տրամաբանության վրա:

Ի՞նչ է ուզում Հայաստանն աշխարհից: Սա պետք է երևար Նիկոլի ելույթում:

Փաստացի Նիկոլը գնացել հասել է Նյու Յորք, որպեսզի ՄԱԿ-ի ԳԱ 81-րդ նստաշրջանի ամբիոնից պատմի Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի հետաքրքրությունների մասին: Գնացել էր կրկնելու և անուղղակիորեն հաստատելու, որ Հայաստանն այսօր Ադրբեջանից ու Թուրքիայից կախված պետություն է: Ինչ որ նրանք կամենան՝ դա էլ կլինի Հայաստանի փաստացի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը:

Գնացել էր հավաստիացնելու, որ Հայաստանը «հեռանալու» է իր բնական ու իրական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանից, և ինտեգրվելու է Արևմուտք-Կովկաս-Կենտրոնական Ասիա առանցքին: Այսինքն՝ հակառուսականության նոր գործիք հանդիսացող թուրքական աշխարհին:

Առանձնապես զավեշտալի է, երբ Հայաստանի կենսական շահերը ոտնահարած ու ձախողած «կառավարության» ղեկավարը խոսում է «ռազմավարական հարաբերություններից»: Կարծում եմ ներկաները հատկապես տպավորվեցին ՀՀ-Լյուքսեմբուրգ, ՀՀ-Խորվաթիա, ՀՀ-Լիտվա, ՀՀ-Նիդեռլանդներ և ՀՀ-Բուլղարիա ռազմավարական հարաբերություններով: Երևի անգամ այդ երկրներն են զարմացած, որ Հայ ժողովրդի կյանքում ունեն ռազմավարական կարևորություն:

Նիկոլը ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից մեկ այլ հատուկ նվեր մատուցեց Ադրբեջանին՝ արտասանելով հետևյալ միտքը. «...չնայած հայերն ու ադրբեջանցիները խաղաղ գոյակցության դարերի փորձ ունեն»: Հետաքրքիր է, այդ որտե՞ղ է Նիկոլը դարերից եկող ադրբեջանցի տեսել: Այդ ո՞ր պատմական աղբյուրից է երևում, որ Հարավային Կովկասում հայերի կողքին երբևէ, որևէ ադրբեջանցի է ապրել: Ինչու՞ է նոր հնարավորություն տալիս, որպեսզի կեղծ և հորինովի պատմության հիման վրա, Բաքուն շարունակի առաջ մղել Հայաստանի տարածքների յուրացման իր ագրեսիվ քաղաքականությունը: Այս ամենի մեջ որտե՞ղ է հայկական շահը: Այս ամենից հետո ինչպե՞ս կարելի է խոսել խաղաղության մասին:
Ընդհանրացնելով կարող ենք ասել, որ ՄԱԿ ԳԱ -ում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելյութը՝ մեծ հաշվով կապ չուներ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և հայ ժողովրդի շահերի հետ:
