«ՀայաՔվե»-ն դատապարտում է Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցուն թիրախավորող զեկույցը և պահանջում իրավական գնահատական

Վարչապետի պաշտոնը զավթած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանձնարարությամբ «Հանրային կապերի և տեղեկատվության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը կազմել և հրապարակել է Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցին թիրախավորող մի զրպարտչական զեկույց, որը հիմնված է բանսարկությունների, մամուլի շինծու հրապարակումների և որոշ կարգալույծ հոգևորականների սուտ և անանուն մատնությունների վրա։ Սա բացահայտ ոտնձգություն է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական կարգի դեմ։ Փաշինյանն ակնհայտ վերազանցել է իր լիազորությունները՝ կարգադրելով պատրաստել նմանօրինակ զեկույց, ՊՈԱԿ-ն էլ վերազանցել է իր լիազորությունները՝ կատարելով Փաշինյանի ակնհայտ ապօրինի կարգադրությունը։

• Ներխուժելով Եկեղեցու կանոնական հարցերի տիրույթ՝ թե՛ պատվիրատուն և թե՛ կատարողը կոպտորեն ոտնահարել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրության 17-րդ, 18-րդ և 41-րդ հոդվածները, միջազգային տարբեր իրավանորմերի, մասնավորապես` Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիայի այն դրույթները, որոնք երաշխավորում են կրոնական կազմակերպությունների ինքնավարությունն ու պետությունից անջատ լինելու հանգամանքը։

Այս հակաիրավական ու հակաբարոյական զեկույցը նաև սպասարկում է Բաքվի բռնապետ Իլհամ Ալիևի օրակարգը, որի նպատակն է կազմաքանդել Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցին, խարխլել հայ ժողովրդի ազգային-հոգևոր ինքնության հզոր հիմնասյունը, նվաստացնել ողջ հայությանը։

 «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը խստագույնս դատապարտում է այս հանցավոր գործողությունը և պահանջում ՀՀ դատախազությունից և Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից՝ իրավական գնահատական տալ տեղի ունեցածին։

Պատասխանատվությամբ հայտարարում ենք, որ Սահմանադրության և օրենքի առաջ պատասխան են տալու ինչպես սույն զեկույցի կազմմանը մասնակցած բոլոր անձինք, այդ թվում՝ ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենը, դրա անմիջական պատվիրատուները, այնպես էլ կառավարության 2026-2031 թվականների ծրագիրն ընդունած ԱԺ ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորները, քանի որ նշված զեկույցը բխում է հենց այդ ծրագրի հակասահմանադրական դրույթներից։ Պատասխանատվությունը լինելու է անհատականացված` անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե ում ինչ պայմաններում է իջեցվել հակասահմանադրական այս պատվերը։
