«Տրամաբանական է այն համոզմունքը, որ ուզում են ինձ քաղաքականապես մեկուսացնեն։ Ուզում եմ հիշեցնել, ինձ հետ կապված մեղադրանքը բացառապես կապված է բառի, խոսքի հետ»,-դատական նիստի մեկնարկից առաջ հայտարարեց ԱԺ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդգար Ղազարյանը։

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ հայտնի գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամաբ հետապնդումները սկսեցին իր արտասանած երկու բառից հետո՝ «Մեր ձևով»։ Քաղաքական գործիչն ընդգծեց՝ Հայաստանում խոսքի համար հետապնդվում ու դատապարտվում են շատերը, թարմ օրինակ է արվեստագետ Վահրամ Սահակյանի նկատմամբ քրեական վարույթի  հարուցումը։

«Ես քաղաքկանապես ակտիվ գործունեություն եմ ծավալում խորհրդարանում, դա միայն Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանին է դուր եկել է, չգիտես ինչու, որոշել է ինձ պարգևատրել։ Բայց մնացածին, կարծում եմ, այնքան էլ դուր չի եկել, հատկապես գլխավորին։ Այս քրեական վարույթւոմ ոչ տուժող կա, ոչ վկա կա, ոչ էլ ապացուցված հանցանք կա, մենակ կա մեղադրյալ Էդգար Ղազարյան»,-ասաց նա։

Էդգար Ղազարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա որ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի ու Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման պետական հանձնաժողովի համատեղ գործունեության մասին» կանոնակարգում ամրագրված պարտավորությունների՝ Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանության հարցը որոշելու վերաբերյալ քննված գործի ընթացքի և նշված գործով 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 26-ին կայացված ՍԴՈ-1749 որոշման կապակցությամբ 2024 թվականի օգոստոսի 28-ից մինչև 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 9-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հրապարակել է «Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորներին և արատավորող, նրանց իրավունքներին ու օրինական շահերին վնաս պատճառող տեղեկություններ:
