Տեղեկատվական անվտանգության փորձագետ Տիգրան Քոչարյանը պնդում է, որ Թուրքիան տասնյակ միլիոններ է տրամադրում միջազգային կազմակերպություններին՝ թե որպես կաշառք, թե որպես դրամաշնորհ, որպեսզի Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի թեման լղոզվի,- տեղեկացնում է Orer.am-ը: Պարոն Քոչարյանը սպասում է, որ մինչև ապրիլի 24-ը մենք կտեսնենք Թուրքիայի կողմից բազմաթիվ շոու տարրեր պարունակող գործողություններ: Վերջերս Հայաստան եկած Հասան Ջեմալի այցը բանախոսը նույնպես տեղավորում է վերը նշված շոուի համատեքստում: Նրա կարծիքով՝ թուրքական պետությունը այսօր փորձում է փոխել տպավորությունն իր մասին: Ըստ Քոչարյանի՝ նախատեսված է, որ, միգուցե, հայ-թուրքական սահմանը մեկ օրով բացվի, Կարսի նահանգապետը գա, փորձի Շիրակի մարզպետի հետ ձեռք սեղմել, ինչ-որ լացակումած ակցիաներ անել: Փորձագետը գտնում է, որ նման քայլերը չափազանց քիչ են և մեզ հարկավոր չեն, պետք է հասնել ոճրագործության վերջնական ճանաչման և հատուցման: Տիգրան Քոչարյանը շեշտում է, որ այս հարցում մեծ անելիք ունի Հայաստանը, և որ 100-ամյակով պայքարը չի ավարտվում: Տիգրան Քոչարյանը կոչ է անում ԱԳՆ-ին և Սփյուռքի նախարարությանը գործել ավելի ակտիվ, քանի որ մեզ մոտ կարծես չկա գործողությունների հստակ ռազմավարություն: «Կան ֆիլմեր՝ նկարահանված Ցեղասպանության թեմայով, կտավներ, գրքեր, բայց չկա հստակ ռազմավարություն»,- նշել է նա: Մասնագետը ամփոփեց այս տարվա տեղեկատվական անվտանգության մարտահրավերները: Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ օգոստոսյան սահմանային լարվածությունը առիթ եղավ, որպեսզի ստուգվի հայկական լրատվամիջոցների արհեստավարժության աստիճանը: Նույնը եղավ նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայկական ուղղաթիռների խոցման ժամանակ: Բանախոսը գտնում է, որ հայկական ԶԼՄ-ները շատ խելացի էին գործում և շեշտը դնում էին ոչ թե օպերատիվության, այլ ճշմարտացիության վրա: «Հայկական լրատվամիջոցները արդեն չէին տարածում խուճապ առաջացնող հայտարարություններ: Անգամ սոցցանցերում խուճապ առաջացնող հայտարարություններ չարեցին, որը և վիճակը ադեկվատ պահեց»,- հավելում է Տիգրան Քոչարյանը: Լևոն Փանոսյան
