Հարգելի՛ ընկերներ, սիրելի՛ գավառցիներ,պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ Գավառ համայնքի ավագանու առաջիկա ընտրություններին իմ մասնակցության մասին՝ «Հայկական քվե» կուսակցության թիմով՝ քվեաթերթիկի համար՝ 7։
 
Այս որոշումն ինձ համար պարզապես ընտրական գործընթացի մասնակցություն չէ։ Այն պատասխանատվություն ստանձնելու, իմ գիտելիքները, հնարավորություններն ու ժամանակը համայնքի զարգացմանը ծառայեցնելու գիտակցված որոշում է։
 
Գավառ համայնքը մեր հայրենիքի այն անկյուններից է, որն ունի հարուստ պատմություն, յուրահատուկ մշակույթ, աշխատասեր մարդիկ և զարգացման մեծ ներուժ։ Սակայն այսօր Գավառի մասին խոսելիս չենք կարող սահմանափակվել միայն նրա գեղեցկությամբ ու պատմությամբ։ Պետք է խոսենք նաև առկա խնդիրներից, չիրացված հնարավորություններից և այն աշխատանքից, որը դեռ պետք է կատարվի։
 
Ես հավատում եմ, որ համայնքի զարգացումը սկսվում է մարդկանց հետ անմիջական շփումից, նրանց խնդիրները հասկանալուց և հետևողական աշխատանքից։ Մեզ անհրաժեշտ են ոչ թե հերթական գեղեցիկ խոստումները, այլ իրատեսական ծրագրեր, պատասխանատու որոշումներ և տեսանելի արդյունքներ։
Կարևոր եմ համարում երիտասարդների համար նոր հնարավորությունների ստեղծումը, գյուղատնտեսության ու տեղական տնտեսության զարգացումը, ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավումը և, ամենակարևորը, այնպիսի միջավայրի ձևավորումը, որտեղ մարդիկ իրենց ապագան կցանկանան կառուցել հենց Գավառում։
 
Այս ճանապարհին ինձ համար առաջնային են լինելու ազնվությունը, պատասխանատվությունը, սկզբունքայնությունը և մարդկանց հետ բաց ու անմիջական հաղորդակցությունը։
 
Առաջիկայում այս էջում կներկայացնեմ մեր թիմի մոտեցումները, ծրագրերն ու նախաձեռնությունները, ինչպես նաև կկիսվեմ Գավառում իրականացվող աշխատանքներով և բնակիչների հետ հանդիպումներով։
Շնորհակալ եմ բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր վստահում են ինձ, աջակցում և հավատում, որ հետևողական աշխատանքով հնարավոր է դրական փոփոխություններ իրականացնել։
 
Գավառի ապագան կառուցվում է այսօր՝ մեր որոշումներով ու մեր կատարած աշխատանքով։
