Երկու տարի անց կրկին նույն խնդրի առաջ ենք կանգնած. Արցախ TV-ին կարող է կորցնել տարածքը

Ավելի քան երեք տասնամյակ գործող Արցախ TV-ն, որը Արցախի հայաթափումից հետո շարունակում է աշխատանքը Հայաստանում, լուրջ խնդիրների է բախվում։ Հեռուստաընկերությունն այս պահին աշխատում է Արցախի ներկայացուցչության շենքում տրամադրված սենյակում։ Արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ Հայաստանում Արցախի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցչության շենքի տնօրինման իրավունքի հարցը քննվում է դատարանում: Հեռուստաընկերության աշխատակիցները մտահոգված են՝ դատարանը կարող է որոշում կայացնել և վերցնել շենքը արցախցիների տնօրինումից, ինչի հետևանքով իրենք կզրկվեն նաև եթեր ապահովելու վերջին հնարավորությունից։ Այս և այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ զրուցել ենք Արցախ TV-ի տնօրեն Նարեկ Սահակյանի հետ։

 

-Բռնի տեղահանումից հետո Արցախ TV-ին շարունակում է գործել Հայաստանում: Ի՞նչ խնդիրների եք բախվել այս ընթացքում՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները Արցախի էջը փակելու քաղաքականություն են որդեգրել:

Վերաբացման պահից Արցախ TV-ի հիմնական խնդիրը եղել ու մնում է շենքայինը: Տեսնելով, որ որևէ այլ տարածքում դժվար է ապահովել Արցախ TV-ի գործունեությունը՝ աշխատանքները կազմակերպել ենք ՀՀ-ում Արցախի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցչությունում: Սակայն, երկու տարի անց կրկին նույն խնդրի առաջ ենք կանգնած. շենքի ճակատագիրը մշուշոտ է դատական գործընթացներով պայմանավորված, իսկ այդ շենքում մեկ տանիքի տակ են հավաքվել արցախցու ինքնության համար պայքարող կազմակերպություններ ու կոլեկտիվներ:

– Հաշվի առնելով, որ Արցախ TV-ին գործունեություն է ծավալում Արցախի ներկայացուցչության շենքում, որի տնօրինման իրավունքը չի բացառվում, որ շուտով դատարանի որոշմամբ Կառավարությունը վերցնի ներկայացուցչությունից, ինչպե՞ս եք տեսնում լրատվամիջոցի հետագա գործունեությունը:

Միանշանակ լրատվամիջոցը պետք է գործի և պետք է գործի ոչ թե ուղղակի գոյություն ունենալու համար, այլ հավատարիմ Արցախ TV-ի առաքելությանը՝ լինելով Արցախի և արցախցու ձայնը: Այստեղ ամենամեծ խնդիրը համապատասխան շենք կամ տարածք ունենանալն է, որտեղ հնարավոր կլինի գործունեություն ծավալել: Ցավով եմ ասում, որ մասնավոր հատվածում ևս դժվար է տարածք վարձակալել, որովհետև գործարար շրջանում շատերը խուսափում են Արցախ TV-ին վարձով տարածք տրամադրել՝ հետագա անախորժություններից խուսափելու պատճառաբանությամբ:

-Բոլորովին վերջերս հայտարարել էիք վերազինման մասին, մի փոքր մանրամասնեք բովանդակային և տեխնիկական ի՞նչ փոփոխություններ են արվել կամ նախատեսվում:

Արցախ TV-ին կունենա ռազմավարություն, արցախցու տեսակը, խնդիրներն ու հաջողությունները բացահայտող հեռուստահաղորդումներ և նախագծեր, համեստ, բայց ժամանակի պահանջներին համապատասխանող տեխնիկական միջոցներ: Թիմը համալրված է սրտացավ ու պրոֆեսիոնալ մասնագետներով, ովքեր ամենօրյա աշխատանքով կվերականգնեն Արցախ TV-ի նկատմամբ վստահությունը:
