Հայաստանում դրամի իրական գինը հայտնի կլինի ազգային արժույթի գերարժեզրկման պատճառների վերացումից հետո: Ներկայումս ՀՀ դրամը գերարժեզրկված է, և սպեկուլյացիոն ու անհարկի իրավիճակի վերացումից հետո ՀՀ դրամը զգալիորեն կարժևորվի: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանը լրատվամիջոցների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:
«Կենտրոնական բանկը բազմիցս նշել է և այս պահին էլ հայտար արում է, որ բանկային համակարգում արտարժույթի խնդիր չկա: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ԿԲ-ն ունի հնարավորություն' տրամադրելու անհրաժեշտ ծավալի իրացվելիություն: Նման խուճապային փոխարկումները պարզապես անիմաստ են: Բանկային համակարգը կայուն է, նրանք վճարունակ են և կարող են սպասարկել քաղաքացիների ավանդներն ու հաշիվները»,- հայտարարել է Ջավադյանը:
Գլխավոր դրամատան նախագահը վստահեցրեց, որ Կենտրոնական բանկի գերնպատակը լինելու է գների կայունությունը և գնաճի զսպումը: «Կենտրոնական բանկը վստահ է, որ տիրապետում է գնաճի զսպման մեխանիզմներին, և մեր գերնպատակը մնում է գների կայունությունը: Գների կարճաժամկետ կայունացման և դոլարիզացիայի մակարդակի կարգավորման համար ԿԲ-ն արդեն իսկ երկու շաբաթ առաջ բարձացրեց լոմբարդային տոկոսադրույքը մինչև 21 տոկոս: Սա կարճաժամկետ բարձրացում է, և տոկոսադրույքները հնարավոր է նաև արագ նվազեցնել: Բոլոր հանգամանքերը հաշվի առնելուց հետ ԿԲ-ն որոշում կկայացն ի տոկոսասդրույքի և գնաճի հավասարակշռման մասին»,- ասաց Արթուր Ջավադյանը:
Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահը հերթական անգամ հորդորեց մարդկանց զերծ մնալ անհարկի փոխարկումներից: «Պղտոր ջրում ձուկ որսալ փորձողները պատժվելու են»,- վստահեցրեց Ջավադյանը: Նա հայտարարեց, որ հանդիպել է բոլոր բանկերի ղեկավարների հետ և զգուշացրել, որ կպատժվեն այն աշխատակիցները, ովքեր փորձել են խուսափել արտարժույթի փոխարկում կատարելուց:
