Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից իրականացվող դոլարային արճուրդների ծավալը յուրաքանչյուր շաբաթ նվազում է, իսկ հաջորդ շաբաթվա ավարտին գլխավոր դրամատունը դուրս կգա արժութային շուկայից: Այս մասին լրատվամիջոցների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանը՝ խոսելով ֆոնդային բորսայի փոխարեն սեփական հարթակում գործարքներ կատարելու ԿԲ որոշման մասին: «Խաղի այս կանոնները ժամանակավոր են: Հաջորդ շաբաթվանից հետո մենք այլևս չենք լինի արժույթի շուկայում, իսկ առևտրային բանկերը կարող են իրենց գործարքները կատարել այնտեղ: Այս պահին, հանգամանքերից ելնելով, դրանք ակտիվ չեն բորսայում, սակայն այս կարճ ժաանակահատվածից հետո ամեն ինչ վերադառնալու է իր նախկին վիճակին: Մենք նորից լինելու ենք բորսայում, սակայն ավելի պասիվ, իսկ բանկերն ավեի ակտիվ կլինեն այնտեղ»,- հայտնեց Ջավադյանը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահը նշեց, որ այդ գործիքի կիրառումը ուղղված էր ոչ այնքան փոխարժեքի կարգավորմանը, այլ իրական փոխարժեքի բացահայտմանը: «Այս վարժությունը արել են տարբեր երկրներում: Իրենց մոտ այդ պահին եղել է ավելի մեծ արժեզրկում, սակայն փոխարժեքը հետզհետե կարգավորվել է: Մենք ցանկացած պահի էլ հնարավորություն ունենք ինտերվենցիա անելու, սակայն լավագույն իրավիճակը ինտերվենցիա չանելն է»,- ասաց նա:
ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը դեկտեմբերի 8-ից սկսած մինչև տարեվերջ որդեգրել է նոր մոտեցում, որը նպատակ ունի կարգավորելու արժութային շուկայում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, հարթելու փոխարժեքի տատանումները և վերականգնելու արտարժութային շուկայում հավասարակշռությունը: Ամեն օր սակարկությունների միջոցով իրականացվում են արտարժույթի վաճառքներ՝ նախապես հայտարարված առավելագույն սահմանաքանակով։ Մինչ դեկտեմբերի 15-ը օրական վաճառքի ծավալը 6 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար էր, դեկտեմբերի 15-ից՝ 4 մլն դոլար:
