Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանը ներկայացրել է առողջապահության, առևտրի և սպասարկումների, տեխնոլոգիաների, արտաքին ձևավորման և գովազդի ոլորտներում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի 2014 թվականի տարեկան ամփոփ արդյունքները: Ըստ այդմ, առողջապահական ծրագրերի իրականացման համար 2014թ. համայնքային բյուջեից հատկացվել է շուրջ 146 միլիոն դրամ, որը 50 տոկոսով ավելի է նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշից: Պետպատվերի շրջանակում վիրահատվել է 13465 քաղաքացի: Քաղաքապետի տեղակալը ներկայացրել է նաև քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության բուժհաստատություններում իրականացված նորոգման և ջեռուցման համակարգերի անցկացման աշխատանքների արդյունքները: Կարևորվել է բժշկական սարքավորումների ձեռքբերման ծրագիրը. ձեռք են բերվել 14 անուն ժամանակակից բուժսարքավորումներ:
«Վերջին երկու տարիներին այս ուղղությամբ ընթացող աշխատանքները փաստում են, որ ներդրվող հսկայական միջոցները, նոր սարքավորումները կնպաստեն պոլիկլինիկաների պայմանների բարելավմանն ու մատուցվող ծառայությունների արդիականացմանը: Այս ուղղությամբ գործընթացը կլինի շարունակական»,- նշել է Դավիթ Օհանյանը:
Ավանդական դարձած «Ձեզ համար, կանայք» և «Երևանյան ամառ» խորագրով առողջապահական ակցիաների շրջանակում անվճար բուժօգնություն է ստացել 27517 քաղաքացի:
Առևտրի և սպասարկումների ոլորտի վերաբերյալ նշվել է, որ բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի արգելման ու կանխարգելման նպատակով տարեսկզբից կազմակերպվել են ամենօրյա շրջայցեր մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում։ Դեկտեմբերի 15-ի դրությամբ բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտուր իրականացնելու համար կազմվել է 339 արձանագրություն: Աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել նաև ժամը 24.00-ից հետո աշխատող օբյեկտների գործունեությունը կանոնակարգելու ուղղությամբ: Հաշվի առնելով բնակչության բողոքները և արձանագրված խախտումները՝ 2014թ. ընթացքում 34 գիշերային ակումբների, բարերի և կարաոկե-ակումբների գործունեության թույլտվություն չի տրվել:
Երևան քաղաքի արտաքին ձևավորման և գովազդի ոլորտում 2014 թվականին կատարված աշխատանքների շրջանակում մասնավոր կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցության արդյունքում կառուցվել է վերգետնյա 3 անցում: Հյուսիսային պողոտայի հիմնանորոգման ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվել է 5 մլն դոլարի ներդրումային ծրագիր. շուրջ 3 անգամ ավելացել է կանաչ տարածքը, ամբողջությամբ փոխարինվել է պողոտայի կահավորանքը։
2014թ. շարունակվել է գովազդային կրիչների արդիականացման ծրագիրը: Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում ապամոնտաժված 106 հնաոճ մեծ և միջին չափերի գովազդային վահանակների փոխարեն տեղադրվել են քաղաքային չափերի գովազդային արդիական միջոցներ։ 950 վահանակ ապամոնտաժվել է շենք-շինությունների վրա տնտեսվարողների կողմից տեղադրված «Գովազդի մասին » ՀՀ օրենքին հակասելու պատճառով:
Խախտումների վերաբերյալ կազմվել է 219 արձանագրություն: Շարունակվել են կամարանցումների վերանորոգման, գունազարդման և լուսավորման, ինչպես նաև շենքերի ճակատային գունավորման աշխատանքները, տեղադրվել են նոր նստարաններ և աղբամաններ:
Նորարարական ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ քաղաքապետի տեղակալը հատկապես կարևորել է «Երևանի կառավարման տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնի» կողմից մշակված ու ներդրված համակարգերը:
Բարելավվել և նոր գործիքներով են համալրվել բնակչությանը էլեկտրոնային և տեղեկատվական ծառայություններ տրամադրող համակարգերն ու կայքերը: Ներդրման առաջին փուլ են անցել գովազդային միջոցների հաշվառման և վերահսկման տեղեկատվական համակարգը, որը նաև նոր էլեկտրոնային ծառայություն է տրամադրելու քաղաքացիներին՝ հնարավորություն տալով առցանց էսքիզի հաստատում և գովազգի տեղադրման թույլտվություն ստանալ www.yerevan.am կայքից:
Հատկապես կարևորվում են ներդրված նոր էլեկտրոնային ծառայությունները, որոնց միջոցով բնակիչները 2014 թվականի ընթացքում հնարավորություն են ստացել www.yerevan.am կայքի միջոցով առցանց դիմումներ ուղարկել և հետևել դրանց ընթացքին, դիտարկել վճարովի ավտոկայանատեղերում տեխնիկական սարքերով հայտնաբերված իրենց իրավախախտումները, կատարել տրանսպորտային միջոցի և անշարժ գույքի գույքահարկի պարտքի վերաբերյալ առցանց հարցում, իրականացնել վճարում և այլն:
