Եթե 5-րդ դարը համարվում է հայ գրականության ոսկեդար, ապա 21-րդ դարն իրավամբ հայ քաղաքական գործիչների «վերլուծական մտքի» ոսկեդարն է, իսկ այդ «վերլուծական մտքի» կայացման հարցում, մասնավորապես, մեծ ներդրում ունեցավ ոչ իշխանական եռյակը: Մեկնարկը տվեցին Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի «քաղաքագիտական վերլուծությունները», որոնք որոշ ժամանակ անմրցակից էին: Սակայն ներկայիս հասարակարգում մրցակցությունը բոլոր ոլորտներում է, և ընդդիմության առաջնորդի տեղի համար մրցակցության մեջ միանշանակ հաղթող դուրս եկած Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը չցանկացավ զիջել Տեր-Պետրոսյանին նաև իր «վերլուծություններով»: Ծառուկյանը պարզապես քաղաքագիտականի փոխարեն հանդես եկավ «տնտեսագիտական վերլուծությամբ», որը նորույթ էր հայ քաղաքական մտքի և խոսքի համար:
Մասնավորապես, ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը, ով համատեղության կարգով նաև ընդդիմության լիդերն է, փորձել է հանգամանալից ներկայացնել շքեղ հյուրանոց կառուցելու իր բոլոր հիմքերն ու նպատակները: Կարծում եմ, որ անհրաժեշտ է մեջբերել մի հատված Ծառուկյանի խոսքից. «Այսպիսի կառույց չկա, դա և՛ հպարտություն է մեր երկրին, և՛ հզորություն է, և՛ հիմնական քայլ է, և՛ աշխատատեղեր է, և՛ տուրիզմի զարգացման համար է: «Հույրանոցը» մենք նախատեսել էինք բացել 2015թ. հունվարի 20-ին, իմ գործընկերների հետ պայմանավորվել էինք: Բայց տեսնելով տնտեսական ճգնաժամը, դրամի արժեզրկումը, որ խուճապի մեջ ընկած ամբողջ ազգը, և՛ գործարարները, և՛ ժողովուրդը, իհարկե, մենք պետք է նախատեսված քայլեր ունենանք, ծրագրեր, առաջարկներ: Բայց տեսնելով, որ... անց ասեմ՝ պետք է մեկը քայլ կատարի, դրա համար ես իմ գործընկերներին դիմեցի, որ ավելի շուտ բացենք, որ խուճապը մի քիչ կոտրվի, որ համապատասխան հիմնական պատճառը սա էր, որ ոչ թե անընդհատ փակվում են, բարձրանում են գները, խանութներն են փակվում... Եվ դրա համար բացվում են, որ մեր ժողովուրդը արժանի է լավ ապրելու...»:
Կարծում եմ, որ պատկերացում կազմելու համար այսքանն էլ է հերիք: Չեմ ուզում տող առ տող մեկնաբանել, պարզապես նշեմ այն բոլորը ազդկաները, որոնք ստացա այս տեքստից.
1. Մեր երկրի հպարտությունը պետք է լինեն ճոխ հյուրանոցները, որոնցից օգտվելու մասին սովորական քաղաքացին լավագույն դեպքում կարող է երազել:
2. Ճգնաժամը հաղթահարելու և դրամը արժևորելու համար պետք է կառուցել 150 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ շքեղ հյուրանոց:
3. Որպեսզի ժողովուրդն ավելի լավ ապրի, պետք է կառուցել շքեղ հյուրանոց:
4. Շքեղ հյուրանոց կառուցելը ոչ միայն ճգնաժամ է հաղթահարում, այլ նաև կոտրում է խուճապը:
5. Եթե խուճապը կոտրվել է, ուրեմն ռեժիմն այլևս խուճապի մեջ չէ:
Սա ազդակներն էին, իսկ դրանցից բխում է նաև 2 հարց.
1. Եթե շքեղ հյուրանոց բացվելու արդյունքում ժողովուրդը պետք է լավ ապրի, ապա ինչու՞ ժողովուրդը չսկսեց ավելի լավ ապրել «Շանգրի Լա» խաղատան բացվելուց հետո:
2. Եթե Ծառուկյանն այդքան մտահոգված է ժողովրդի լավ ապրելով, ապա ինչու՞ իրեն պատկանող գազալցակայաններում թանկացրեց գազը, և դա այն դեպքում, երբ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն գազի գին չէր բարձրացրել:
