Հուլիսի 31-ից մինչև օգոստոսի կեսերն առաջնագծում լարված իրավիճակ էր։ Ադրբեջանական կողմը պարբերաբար խախտում էր հրադադարի ռեժիմը, կազմակերպում հետախուզադիվերսիոն հարձակումներ, գնդակոծում Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ գյուղերը։ Հայկական զինուժը կարողացավ հետ մղել հարձակումներն ու արժանի պատասխան տալ հակառակորդին։ Դրանց հետևանքով ադրբեջանական կողմն ունեցավ առնվազն 23 զոհ, հայկական կողմը՝ 6։
«ՅՈւՔՈՄ» հեռահաղորդակցման ընկերությունն օգոստոսի 20-ին այցելել էր Տավուշի մարզի մի շարք զորամասեր ու մարտական շուրջ 30 դիրքեր, որոնք առավել մոտ էին առաջնագծին և որտեղ մարտական հերթապահություն կատարող զինծառայողներն անմիջական մասնակցություն էին ունեցել հակառակորդի վերոհիշյալ դիվերսիոն գործողությունների հետմղման գործընթացին։
Ընկերությունն ամեն մի զինծառայողի համար պատրաստել էր անհատական փաթեթ՝ քաղցրավենիքի տեսակներ ու ծխախոտ։ Նմանատիպ փաթեթներ էին ստացել նաև սպայական անձնակազմի անդամները։ Ռազմինֆոյի հետ զրույցում ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը մանրամասնեց, որ իրենց հիմնական նպատակը զինծառայողներին իրենց հարգանքն ու երախտիքը հայտնելն էր։ «Ուզում էինք մենք էլ ինչ-որ կերպ մասնակցություն ունենալ մեր զինծառայողներին ոգևորելու և արժանի ուշարդրություն ցույց տալու հարցում։ Նրանք, մեզ տեսնելով, անկեղծորեն ուրախացան։ Մարտական հենակետերից մեկում զինծառայողներից մեկի ծննդյան օրն էր, մեր նվերները ճիշտ ժամանակին հասան»,-նկատեց ներկայացուցիչը։
Նրա խոսքերով՝ զինծառայողների ինքնազգացողությունը մարտական էր, նրանք իրենց զգում էին որպես հաղթած բանակի զինվոր։ «Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ որոշակի պայմանավորվածություն ենք ձեռք բերելու, որպեսզի նմանատիպ այցերը դառնան շարունակական։ Մենք ցանկանում ենք ընդգծել՝ որպես Հայաստանում հիմնադրված հայկական ընկերություն՝ «ՅՈւՔՈՄ»-ը մշտապես հայ զինվորի կողքին է, և շատ ուրախ կլինենք, եթե այս այցերը նախադեպ դառնան նաև հայկական այլ ընկերությունների համար»,-վկայեց «ՅՈւՔՈՄ»-ի ներկայացուցիչը։
