Շատերն են սիրում դիտել ֆիլմեր տիեզերքի մասին, սակայն քչերն են իմանում, որ այդ ֆիլմերով իրական գիտելիք շատ չես ստանա։ Այսպես, ֆիլմերից ցույց են տալիս, թե ինչպես մարդը, հայտնվելով տիեզերքում առանց սկաֆանդրի, կարող է պայթել կամ էլ սառցակալել կամ էլ ինչ-որ այլ դժբախտությունների ենթարկվել։ Եկեք պարզենք, թե իրականում ի՞նչ կլինի մարդու հետ, եթե նա հայտնվի տիեզերքում, այն էլ՝ առանց սկաֆանդրի։
1. Մարդը կպայթի՞

2. Մարդը կսառչի՞
Ի հեճուկս տարածված պատկերացումների, մարդը, հայտնվելով տիեզերքում առանց սկաֆանդրի, չի վերածվի սառույցի, ոչ էլ կսկսի ակնթարթորեն սառչել, քանի որ տիեզերքում վակուում է, որը ոչ տաք է, ոչ սառ, իսկ ջերմությունը հաղորդվում է ճառագայթման տեսքով, որը մարդու մոտ չնչին է։ Մարդը կզգա պաղություն, իսկ մարմնի մակերևույթից ջուրն անդադար կգոլորշիանա։ Ամեն դեպքում, ակնթարթային սառցակալում մարդուն հաստատ չի սպառնում, ու մթնոլորտի բացակայության պայմաններում ջերմությունը մարմինը կլքի շատ դանդաղ։
3. Հեղուկները կեռա՞ն
Տիեզերքում առանց սկաֆանդր հայտնված մարդու արյունը որ հաստատ չի եռա, քանի որ եթե արտաքին ճնշումն իջնում է մինչև 0՝ 120/80 ճնշման պայմաններում, արյան եռման աստիճանը կազմում է 46 աստիճան, ինչն էականորեն բարձր է մարմնի ջերմաստիճանից։ Արյունը՝ ի տարբերություն, ասենք, թքի, գտնվում է փակ համակարգում և արյունատար անոթներն ու երակները թույլ են տալիս արյանը հեղուկ վիճակ պահպանել, անգամ ցածր ճնշման պայմաններում։
Ջուրն՝ ի տարբերություն արյան, կսկսի արագ գոլորշիանալ, ընդ որում, մարմնի ողջ մակերևույթից, այդ թվում նաև աչքերից։ Փափուկ հյուսվածքներում պարունակվող ջրի գոլորշիացումը կբերի որոշ ներքին օրգանների չափսերի ընդհուպ մինչև երկու անգամ մեծացման, ինչն էլ կհանգեցնի դրան վնասմանը։ Համարվում է, որ վակուումում հայտնված մարդը կարող է զգալ կեսսոնյան հիվանդության նշաններ, բայց դա քիչ հավանական է, քանզի ճնշման տատանումը կկազմի ընդամենը 1 մթնոլորտ։
4. Մարդը կայրվի՞
Կայրվի, թե չի այրվի՝ պարզ չէ, իսկ այ որ այրվածքներ կստանա՝ հաստատ։ Տիեզերքում չկա պաշտպանություն՝ ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթումից ու մարմնի բոլոր բաց հատվածները, որոնք կերթարկվեն ուղիղ ճառագայթման, կպատվեն ուլտրամանուշակագույն այրվածքներով։
5. Մարդը կխեղդվի՞
Իհարկե, մարդը կխեղդվի։ Մոտ 30 վայրկյանից նա կկորցնի գիտացությունը, քանի որ ինչպես նշվեց, նա արագորեն կարտաշնչի ողջ օդը, ու նրա մոտ կսկսվի սուր հիպոքսիա։ Մարդը կկորցնի կողմնորոշումն ու տեսողությունը, բայց եթե մարդուն առաջին 1.5 րոպեի ընթացքում տեղադրեն թթվածնային խցի մեջ, ապա ամենայն հավանականությամբ նա ուշքի կգա։
Տիեզերագնացության պատմության մեջ եղել են մի քանի նախադեպեր, երբ տիեզերագնացների սկաֆանդրները կորցրել են հերմետիկությունը բաց տիեզերքում։ 1960 թվականի օգոստոսի 19-ին տիեզերագնաց Ջոզեֆ Քիթթինգերը ցատկկեց 31300 մետր բարձրությունից։ Նրա աջ ձեռնոցի հերմետիկությունը խախտվեց, ինչի արդյունքում նրա ձեռքը ուժեղ այտուցվել էր ու ցավում է։ 1965 թվականին մեկ այլ ամերիկացի տիեզերագնաց հայտնվել էր վակուումային խուցում, որտեղ նա գիտակցությունը կորցրել էր 14 վայրկյան անց։ Ի թիվս այլ բաների՝ նա հիշել էր հետագայում, որ այնտեղ գտնվելիս նրա թուքը սկսել էր եռալ լեզվի վրա։
